Don't know much about their style of play but if Adkins tries to make them suddenly pass out from the back our CMs will pounce on them and have a field day.

table isn't up to date though, perhaps Fulham's fans have behaved extremely badly in their last 3 games. Probably not though, think they're all retired Indian colonels and memsahibs. As they have less fans they potentially have less problems, should be on a pro-capita basis.

Villa have to play Stoke,Sunderland,Norwich and Wigan I think. If Villa escape relegation one of those 4 probably won't.

I thought in the last 20/25 minutes yesterday that we had at last mastered the art of winning ugly. Not to say that we weren't brilliant in the first half but when some well concealed nastiness was required the lads had it in their locker. MP was like that at PSG.

Sunderland have a very medioce side, couldn't say whether that's O'Neill's fault or not though, dont take much interest in them tbh. I mean if you're forced into playing Titus Bramble because you've no-one else fit youre on a hiding to nothing arent you.

exactly, with a side containing what 6 players who have since shown they can cut it with the best in the PL. Getting out of League 1 with that side was just a formality, anyone could have done it.

Utd rest players all of the time. Still win most of their games though. They have a pretty homogenous squad. They would have been playing in the CL this week anyway so a cup match instead of a CL game won't make much difference to them.
