  1. Demel is a right back by trade, perhaps even a better one than Clyne.
  2. So five for £10 is about half price then.
  3. I do indeed, then again I don't drink Carling fizzy p*ss from bottles, can't stand bottled beer. Cans I like, draught I like though. Out of interest, how much is one of these bottles normally.
  4. that would make it a pretty generous offer then hope they've got enough for everyone. Although 500 ml bottles are pretty rare in catrering outlets. 33cl is the standard size.
  5. Shouldn't "Enjoy Carling..take it easy" be printed on the coupon.
  6. Just got round to watching the highlights and can't help noticing how many times DM gets it wrong, if you listen to him Lallana is responsible for everything good that we do even when it's other players who actually do whatever it is that DM attributes to Lallana.
  7. what are you supposed to do with them after you've bought them though ? I suppose you can't take them all to your seat and drinking 5 bottles in 45 minutes(assuming you pushed it to the last minute) wouldn't be all that easy for most. So this off really seems to be destined only to those who drink a lot or go in a group. Must be some anti-discrimation rule that discourages that somewhere or other.
  8. well he would have to say he's interested wouldn't he, otherwise they'll cut off his jobseeker's allowance  I can see another bookies benefit coming up.
  9. 0/10 for the maths then, unless JRod has been injured as well, 70% = injured+ not good enough to impose himself.
  10. Doubt that, he's 65 already and may be looking for one last decent job. Can't see him taking any job that he doesn't really fancy. Still think he's waiting for the England job,Hodgson won't last long.
  11. I think you can put a socket in a bathroom but with an isolating transformer and those aren't suitable for anything heavier than electric toothbrushes or shavers.
  12. I'd wager that the bookies are pleased that Harry is still out of work, makes him favourite for most jobs going and stupid punters give them money because of it. I mean 8/1 at Ipswich, Arry wouldn't be seen dead in Ipswich. I see he's 7/4 for the Saints job as well, mind you Uwe Rosler is 40/1, surely no one actually loses money on these daft punts.
  13. JRaidi obviously
  14. Hard work being an Iggles follower these days though isn't it.
  15. what would anyone want with a pair of size 15 boots to clutter up the place.
  16. It's not Peugeot per se, it's the PSA bank. Government funding to a manufacturer would not be allowed under EU rules. o
  17. and why would they not ?
  18. couldn't make much sense of that actually. Is he saying Danny Fox is nearly as good as Vidic because he has the same tackle and aerial duels won percentages.
  19. no, that's not what I said, in fact the fact that the thread was locked probably made it even more enticing to them.
  20. And against MU we played 3 bonafide CM players, as we did against Villa (well if you count Gaston as a CM anyway). As you say Lallana isn't a CM and he shouldn't be played there. Until Gaston or Cork are fit (because I'm not overenamoured of JWP as yet) we should play Guly in CM with Punch,SRL and AL in the more advanced positions.
  21. Enough monkeys with enough typewriters (or tablets with today's technology I suppose) and you get the complete works of Shakespeare. I'm sure that at least one or two posts on this "spazboard" hit on something like the true situation just because of the sheer volume and variety of content. So if the Echo reports the jist of most of it they might be getting somewhere near reality as well.
  22. geographic more likely. Has Harry ever managed north of London ? I think not. Anyway you have to be able to afford Harry nowadays, £10 a week no longer gets the job done. He's probably still on Spurs payroll and wouldn't take any lower offer whilst that sorts itself out.
  23. especially if this isn't all boohockey http://soccerlens.com/wheeler-dealer-nah-harry-redknapp-has-one-of-the-best-transfer-records-in-football/58373/
  24. so we should have an extra point made up fro two halves from the Citeh and Utd games then, we'll be installing RU bonus scheme soon. Mind you that would allow you to be really, really, really crap on occasion and still move up the table.
  25. Bet Spurs will like that, a player on 100K a week missing 2 games on paternity leave. Don't know what football is coming to, sounds more and more like the civil service every day.
