Just another one of our common criminal whackos though. Got sent to Marseille for therapy for psychatric troubles. Mind you we don't have terrorists here, just whackos who should in theory be in institutions or in this case prison. Since we had that weirdo woman from the Antilles as Justice Minister, you really have to be the quintessence of evil (and then some) to do any prison or asylum time. She maintained that virtually all crime is the fault of "the system" whatever that may be. Second, third, fourth and fifth chance for all. -
Well that was just poor defending.

:?Told you they are crap. Bilic will be gone by the end of the month.

He was shîte last week, then again weren't they all.

What can you expect with the sums that they've been a spending this summer, apart from Spurs that is and they're just gearing up with a 40 million £ centre back.

Other Premier League Transfers - Deadline Day

But it's not actually 113million, it's about 80 million and a shedload of adds on including a packet for winning "Ballon D'Or". If Barcelona actually bid in excess of 100million cash on the nail, then they'd get their man. -
Pretty awful yesterday evening eh! Still Derbys away, could be worse I suppose. As James and Maru pointed out, a week without a game does not lead to very much positive.
-
Probably about as important as our game this evening. There must be a scenario where we fail to qualify for the quarters but it's probably pretty far fetched. Still he higher you finish, the lesser your QF opponents in theory. There will no doubt be a good crowd to please though.
-
Sounds about right because this window has about 10 days to run and if we suddenly tried to spend a packet it wouldn't necessarily be all that wise. Why we'd probably end up spending 65 million on Ross Barkley (injured for 3 months now) to show our intent.I'm already dubious enough about what we have bought and are apparently about to buy without clacking another packet on the spur of the moment.

Two and six ? I seem to remember getting 14 bob for the 6 days of Echo round, 15 for the morning paper round and about 7 and 6 for Sundays. Jeez the trade unions of today would have a fit, think I was doing about 30 hours a week and school at the same time.

No doubt you could by simply deleting your post, doubt if she cares one way or t'other though.

This deal is because the old owner wanted her money, nothing more, nothing less so we need to cut the crap about everything else.
-
There is no world cup place for VvD because the dutch won't qualify so what does he care really. This will probably not end well at all. All Dutch WC qualifiying hopes will be over on the 31st August.

I don't think they'd even know how to be a particularly negative. Did no-one else watch them then? It was a public rec side really. Couldn't string 2 passes together, aimless punting most of the time.

Is she still a going concern then ?

Don't know exactly how Koeman is gonig to configure his side with all of those players that he now has. And he still wants more apparently. Anyone know when Bolasie is due back ? -
Well having watched most of Wesr Ham's game on Sunday I'd think that if it's another 0-0 what we'd need to be a calling was the next manager on our list. They were awful and not beating them would be simply shameful.
-
I see that Juve are buying Matuidi for about 18 million to replace Lemina, pity we couldn't get the Matuidi. Still I expect it's a question of salary rather than transfer fee.
-
Don't you need reasonable cause to go on strike ? Is it not also a group action to protest against some unreasonable condition or other. The player may be refusing to play in games but isn't on strike. The best way for these chaps to make their point, whatever that may be, would be to play and just get sent off for some reproachable action or other.

Carrying around the place in a wheelbarrow was she ?

Terrorist Attacks - WARNING: CONTAINS DISTRESSING IMAGES
Window Cleaner replied to sadoldgit's topic in The Lounge
Random attacks by junked up, whack jobs have become very banal in France of late. It's probably got something to do with the peturbed state of the nation more than anything else. This was a car ramming of a small town pizzeria but there are stabbings and shootings all over the place every day, not to mention people setting fire to vast wooded areas just because they fancy it. -

Well it was a small town pizzeria actually but other than that it was just another junked up nut job. Seem to be a vast number of them about just now, every day there are stabbings and shootings and rammings. Few of them are political or religious terrorists per se, they're just crazy people that have been allowed to remain at liberty because there aren't many other solutions. -
