Don't think AP would have wanted that half to finish TBH. Let's hope we can keep the pressure up - they will come out with a new plan and we need to adapt and meet that challenge from the first minute. Most important thing now is not to switch-off and get a 2nd goal as soon as possible.

It's an option, but AP has suggested he will field an attacking team so I would have thought this might indicate Waigo up front with Lambert (or even Barnard up there with him for that matter).

Most of the team picks itself. The big dilemna is the 2 from 3 of Lallana, Antonio and Puncheon. This will be decided by their respective performances in training I would hazard a guess, but I would also be VERY surprised to not see Puncheon play. I reckon AP will have them fired up for this and it could be an open game... Norwich 2 Saints 3. Probably be a 1-1 draw though.

Sorry, but I cannot agree with everything you've said there. A supporter/fan is a special kind of customer for the reasons you've stated (i.e. we can't easily walk away) and so the terms are not mutually exclusive. The simple fact is any club is run as a business - e.g. fiscal duties etc. and the fact is also that a football club needs revenue to operate. That revenue largely comes from its supporters/customers. The revenue decreases when an unsatisfactory product or service persists over a period of time. Lowe failed to recognise what was primarily important to his customers and therefore lost the clubs supporters. You could say ML/NC have re-ignited the interest in the club from a 'sleeping pool' of customers who are now returning as supporters once again. I rest my case, but see the connection now?

Fact is we're in L1 due to poor management at the top. It's gone - let it go. We're a L1 team. BUT SO WHAT!?!? I am hugely enjoying watching Saints now. This time last year I was seriously contemplating not renewing my ST and never coming back. I hated the club and its football THAT much. Compared to the Lowe dark days I am incredibly happy now, so much so I couldn't give a stuff what league we're in. Honestly.

It's been said before, but I'll repeat for Glasgows sake... a. -10pts is a big ask to overcome. b. Poor start to season caused by almost non-existant pre-season and some poor players left over from last seasons shambles. c. It takes time to get a squad performing consistently well, especially when you're adding new players in to try to improve the team. In actual fact, AP has managed to get the team playing really well. The morale in the camp is excellent. The fans are returning. Those that attend the matches are happy because they see this. Those that don't are less happy because they don't see or feel the atmosphere at SMS now. Don't get me wrong, this is not to say you're a worse fan for not going to matches (before Alpine shouts at me), but fact is I don't think you can get a sense of how much happier the whole club is now if you don't go regularly to SMS. For me, frankly I would rather we were plying our trade with this team in L1 than the team we had last year with Lowe and the Dutch twerps in the CCC. As such, promotion is less critical to me as a fan....I really like AP, his attitude and all he brings to the club. I am prepared to be patient and wait for even better times.

It might be a bit sad for Pimpley fans, but that club deserves to go under for all its cheating ways. If ever a company lived beyond its means and made a complete hash of it, that one did. And at the expense of other clubs including Saints. I hope it crashes and burns. At least something better might arise from the ashes for the genuine fans.

I like Pardew. I like the way he influences players to join us and the style of play he brings generally to matchday. I like the manner in which he talks too. In short I am enjoying my football more now than I have for 4 seasons and for that reason alone I don't want to see the ship rocked atall. However, I recognise that a 5 year plan for a businessman like Cortese means just that, so I can see the end of this year being a very intense time for AP if we're not in the top 6. However, all the indicators are telling us we will rip this league up next season (and that's without factoring in any additions in the summer).

We will beat Norwich 1-2 and we will make the play-offs just. HTH.

To be honest I didn't think Lamberts delivery was any better than I've seen Lallana or Harding provide. So yes, he should not be taking these kicks.

Simple answer - yes appeal. We have good grounds - they effectively cheated (no change there then) by fielding players bought while they were insolvent. Couldn't give a monkeys whether we play Brum...just want to see a massive wrong righted and an illegal result wiped from the history books. Oh and I want to see those fishy ****ers squirm even more when their horrible little club dies. But I'm not bitter... (:

They knew exactly what they were writing there - totally disrespectful to a team of professional footballers playing in a lower league that actually gave a fantastic account of themselves over 80 minutes, exceeding the rubbish served up by their Pimpley counterparts. This alone makes me want to see those fish-f^ckers get wound up by HMRC. I want them out of Hampshire completely - they don't deserve to grace the same county as Saints.
