Anyone have any decent tips or programmes? Need to shift about two stone in two months, easily do-able but need to drastically lose and start training again. Snapped my achillies tendon when 16 and stopped playing football, a lot of my mates are gym heads or rugby players so are all in decent shape. Re-joined the gym today, need rid to tone chest and stomach asap. Due to work, starting to think it's a bit hypercritical if I am not in decent shape. Diet wise, only drinking water and going to cut out carbs (not so sure if good for a gym adn cardio programme)

KOS, has anyone been there on holiday? A few of my mates (students) have paid for a cheap holiday to Kos which we’ve jumped in on. Have heard it is good for the stereo typical, dingy, laddish holiday like Sofia, Bulgaria too. We are going late July – early August so should be near prime time. Anyone heard any good things?

You really do struggle sometimes. Mikey's post made a decent point for him to stay. It's swings and roundabouts with regards to players leaving. Didn't need to shoot him down and dismiss it like a knob. Of course if Liverpool came calling it would twist his arm but I know he is very happy down here, from the horses mouth.

What SuperMikey is saying is a perfectly logical counter argument as to why a 30 year old 'local icon' who I'm sure is on the verge of another pay rise and set to play in PL for the club in which City he has settled in not to move on. Also it is logical when your home team come sniffing around. What you’re saying is also right but to shoot Mikey down when he's clearly shown a little bit more knack and maturity than someone who's clearly older than him, just a little bit ghey.
