I sat there for the last game of the season hoping that some of the old ST/members who sat there would move for old times sake but it was disappointingly full of people who literally didn't know all the words to OWTSGMI

They've just retrofitted that place and have been taken over by "fayre and square" food seems a bit better and i think its 2for a tenner now!

The Tichfield Mill and Talisman are both good a little out of the area you said though, quite a few in the forest too... dunno about eastleigh, someone told me the cricketers but no personal experience.
