  1. Yup, no sympathy personally.
  2. After Doncaster I will have been to 4 away games (Plus Palace in cup) and all bar 1 home game, but stupidly not all registered to the season ticket.
  3. Don't do it man. I considered it when I was doing my degree (Finished last year) but without it I wouldn't be able to get any sort of job now, there's enough people to compete with with a degree, let alone without one.
  4. I loved it when Adkins walked past their fans at the Withdean last season, was hilarious atching them go mental and him smiling at them all.
  5. Just realised that the reverse of this fixture is on January 2nd, not much time between them at all.
  6. It does if our best players were away playing for their country.
  7. Awful IMO. I'm a fan of that sort of humour, and I'm young so presumably their target audience, but think it's utter ****.
  8. early 2000s, it's the band Beyonce used to be in.
  9. Great song, much prefer the original though. Just seen the advert and it's quite good.
  10. Black girl from destiny's child, barlow from take that. innit
  11. Still looking for a ticket if anyone hears of one.
  12. Never mind Totton beating Bradford Park Avenue, when are we going to beat their Home wins in a row record?
  13. Gus Poyet will, as we've already seen, come out in the press before our upcoming game and attempt to play 'mind games' with Adkins- trying to wind him up and put all the pressure on us, just like he did before our game at The Withdean last season. Just like that game, Adkins will refuse to lower himself to joining the mud slinging, and in the process wind Poyet and the Brighton fans up even more. He'll then outsmart Poyet on the pitch (again) and be gracious in victory, again winding Poyet and the Brighton fans up. I suggest we follow Nigel's lead and let the football do the talking.
  14. Let us not forget Leicester- I doubt many people refer to their stadium as the King Power Stadium, most probably still, and ways will, know it as The Walkers.
  15. I was talking to my new boss today, who's a Bristol City fan, and the first player he asked about (well, after Lambert who he knew because he played for Bristol Rovers) was Guly. I've never talked to a fan of another club who knew of Guly, before he'd played against their team, before. I guess it's indicative of the extra media coverage our success is bringing but also shows Guly must be doing something right.
  16. A few I like from the saintsfc pics site. Shame about the watermarks.
  17. Also looking for one now. Anyone thinking of sitting in the home end?
  18. Anyone who saw their game against West Ham will know that when they were put under pressure the passing game they try to play didn't work and Brighton players couldn't handle the West Ham players in their faces. We should aim to bully them, close them down quickly and generally put them under pressure and cause them to make mistakes. I believe Hammond and Cork are set to start in midfield, which I think will be good as they both get stuck in and chase down the ball, not that Morgan hasn't been good. Chaplow will be vital to our game again, his constant ball chasing and niggling will force them to release the ball quickly. Up front Lambert and Guly should have the presence to push and pull the defence all over the place, and win a lot in the air. Fox's set pieces and crosses and Jos's ariel threat should cause problems too. Oh yeah and that Lallana kid isnt bad. All in all I think we will out muscle them as well as out play them.
  19. This game was basically Ipswich away but with 1 less goal.
  20. I, like many people, was slightly sceptical about the signing of 'yet another' left back, considering most of us considered Harding more than worthy of a starting place and Dickson was adequate cover. However, since Fox has has settled into the team, I feel he's brought us another dimension. He's not only now extremely calm and confident at the back but going forward, particularly his crossing and set pieces, has given us am extra threat in games. I wasn't at the game today but believe he set up a goal? Wondeing if y'all have been similarly impressed?
  21. So, was that good management or good players that won us the game?
  22. Sttttteeeeeeevvvvvveeeeeeeeeeeee
