What's probably happened is someone has started the rumour Pardew is going, lots of people have heard the rumour, taken it as fact and gone and put money on it, Ladbrokes have had so much money put on it that they then believe there must be some truth in it and they therefore suspend all bets on it, so as not to lose money. OR as stated above, it's just complete bullsh!t.
