I don't think there will be many Shrewsbury fans that fancy a tuesday night against the Daggers -

I think leftback is the only one that is really bothered. What with his ever growing stick and a Cortese to beat 'n'all

Just when you thought it was safe to go back to St Mary's..... One man........ One agenda..... (all said in husky voice)

You might as well get someone to re-install and clear the clog out of your old laptop, if it was a decent spec 3 years a go there is no reason it won't be able to do all of the above. If not, Dell are usually pretty hard to beat for laptops in my experience.

But anyway, i really can never ever see adam playing for England, he is a top top player at this level but there is just no way that i can see him ever playing at that level. Also to compare him to Bale and Walcott who i believe are younger than him and have already established themselves at the top level and have already graced the national game i think we may be getting a little ahead of ourselves here. Personally i wouldn't accept a 3mil bid for him, but mainly because we are stable and promotion will yield more for us than the 3mil sale of our best player. Also as Kraken said, we will probably be better off waiting for a better fee from a tribunal and personally i would rather take a chance on him signing on at the end of the season then cashing in at January.

Seems very similar to the maisonette i bought a few years back, i bought the lease from about 70 years to 99 at a cost of about 9k. From what i have been told, if the lease is over 85 years then you can inform a solicitor to carry out the administration of updating the lease at a minimal cost of 500 quid. Once the lease drops below 85 years the holding company will pretty much have you by the short and curlys, and you pretty much have to pay what they see fit. Many mortgage companies won't actually touch a leasehold property with a lease below about 75 years so you have done pretty well, unless they have informed you that you need to renew the lease as part of the contract ? What is the holding company called ? If the solicitor has said you may be able to take them to a tribunal then fair enough, 25k is a bit excessive, which is probably what made the price so good in the first place. Forgot a bit - Oh yeah, and also my ground rent went from £25 pa to £200 pa after i extended the lease.

I called Younes Kaboul a skate C*nt there once, and i saw Jermaine Pennant go right from the left only lane in his black ferrari. AND i called Gary O'Niell a c*nt when he was sat outside of Bursledon tesco in his black Porsche 911 and got called a tw*t by the pompey fan he was speaking to lol.

Whats an imaeg ?

I would rather lose him for nothing at the end of the season with a chance he will resign for us if NPC football is achieved, rather than selling him for a paultry 3mil at the mid point of our promotion charge.

What do i win ?? Happy with that. Ince isn't a very good manager, i can really see why he would leave MK Dons to pick up the reigns at Notts County though.

I use Owtons quite a lot, always a good service and always a good standard of food. Not the cheapest though but you get a great standard of meat and they often chuck in a few extras. They chucked me some award winning sausages the other day when i bought some mince and chicken. They were lovely. No idea on their xmas range though. Not the best website though http://www.online-farmshop.co.uk/shop I would love to try a bird in a bird in a bird though, i may try and cook it one day. Just found the Xmas hamper, its actually a pretty good deal - http://www.online-farmshop.co.uk/shop/details/21/16/christmas-hamper/christmas-hamper

Letting a place without a 'buy-to-let' mortgage
Smirking_Saint replied to saint_stevo's topic in The Lounge
You need to let the mortgage company know really. Unless you can let it to a couple of mates you trust so nobody will know. Had enough already then ? -
I think it is a great idea and i am in complete agreement with it. Can i start ?? I got 3 infraction points for offering to start a petition on the whole removal of ST installmentsgate a little while back. I actually PM'd a member of the admin team a couple of times asking why this was infractable and thought it was a tad harsh but never recieved a reply.

They only post on the pompey saga tbf (mainly) Mackrill is a good laugh, the sort i would probably actually go to the pub and have a beer/banter with. Corp Ho is the sort of mate that every pack of mates need, you know, the one that you can all laugh at when he says/does stupid things. And PFC, well, he is the sort of bloke you want to trip up the curb and break a limb. All in all though it would all be worse off without them.
