He has dissapointed me with his lack of reaction when things aren't going well, he plans and buys well but just seems he can't change things soon enough or effective enough. I hope he stays, mainly as i worry talents such as Lambert, Lallana and Spiderman lose commitment if he goes.

Well we are not going to win all of them but we really need to start making a dent, 4 wins out of 7 should be enough to see him keep his job but we need to show serious progression.

Lol was a shame as i think he would have opened his account easily. Why oh why have we not got a similar replacement for him ?? Surely target men aren't hard to come by ?? As for the breaking down arguement, play 451, or 4-2-3-1 whatever you want to call it, have the 3 behind the striker keep switching positions and dropping into space etc, that should draw the defensive pairing out and bingo you have broken them down. I didn't see the orient game but i did see Plymouth and Bournemouth. It was crazy the possession we had against Plymouth and the crosses we put into the box, we had no trouble getting behind them and no trouble keeping the ball. The two guys upfront had poor movement and were never going to challenge in the air. If myself and loads of others could see that why couldn't Pardew ? We didn't need to bring a winger on we needed a lump upfront to play off. I have seen the highlights, when we score a couple in open play they will start flowing but we need to start soon !

This It just makes me wonder about Burgess though, he has gone from a promotion season in the CCC to a team in League 1 who IMO have no chance of promotion and not a lot of money, to me that speaks volumes, if he was good enough he would have gone eslewhere. Lee is the sort of player that would be great as backup, but they are just not going to come here. If i am honest i still think 451 is the way forward for us, and go to 442 if we need to, Barnard has proved to me he is good enough at this level, when he puts one away they will start flowing.

I don't think he has too long, and TBF i don't think we can afford to wait until Xmas if we are clearly faltering, we need a win and hopefully a big one.

So hold on, at the start of the season nobody really knew about him and noone really knew he would have the half decent impact that he had (he isn't any where near the god everyone thinks he is) and now you are moaning about not having an option. We have a better team than we had last season permanent wise, we lost two players who were 'risks' at the end of the season and this season replaced with a better RB, another utility man who looks good (RB,CB,CM) a LB/LM who looks promising and another 'risk' We have played 4 games, dominated against Plymouth, Orient wasn't great and Bolton we dominated plus the win at Bournemouth. Christ no wonder people get annoyed at you

If we have tried to sign him he will know that and hopefully he will walk from Reading at the end of the season as they just imposed the year contract on him (as they had a right to but does he want to be there ?) I would rather sign the youngster from Wycombe, Phillips ?

Exactly, you will never know a player will be a 100% success, no matter how good he is. History is littered with world class players failing to make the grade when they move clubs. (shevchenko, Kaka etc) You just identify targets that should improve the team and hope they work out. Gully is a 'low' risk, f*ck me alps you would be the first to p*ss and moan if we signed him permanent and he didn't work out !! In fact it seems to me these days you are the first to p*ss and moan whatever development occurs. First you were saying we havn't made enough moves in the Transfer market, which i agreed with, now we have your not happy, who exactly are you looking for to be signed ?

I don't know what game you were watching, Spurs have been pretty dominant IMO. I think they will do quite well. Its good seeing bale going from strength to strength, i sometimes wonder what would have been had we stayed in the prem, what with Crouch, Bale, Walcott all perhaps still wearing the red and white. I might but a cheeky tenner on Spurs to win it, they must be big odds and no worse than liverpool all that time back (which i won £330 on )

Why would he give a t*ss about a guy that does nothing to slag the team off and lives near leicester ?? Also, you pay a booking fee for everything, cinema, gigs etc Plus i would guess most clubs hide this 'ticket tax' (lol) within the price of the ticket. If you don't like it go to the ticket office. EASY EASY That goes with the saints web premier league fantasy football thing too. When you save it it the score needs to be above the drop down boxes (it makes sense to me) you use to select the score ? If that doesn't make sense i will do a piccy for you.
