He is heavily upgrading the infrastructure, piecing together a fantastic championship winning team and i would only assume that this would happen again in the NPC and then arguably build a team in the hope of retaining PL status. Anyone that believes that ML and NC are in it 'for the love of the game' are sadly moronic. Also, anyone that believes as fans we have a definitive right to choose how our club is run is also a bit deluded. There are far too many people on this forum ATM chucking their toys out of the pram because of measures being imposed to create a stable and progressive club, what is so wrong with that ? For once in my saints supporting lifetime we have a team and a direction that shows some real ambition, there were points in our freefall that i thought we would never make it back to the prem until i was an old man, that hurt. Now we seem to be on the up and have a future. Do i believe that ML/NC are in this for profiteering ? Of course i do !! Am i bothered ?? No, at the end of the day the prices will never be too costly as it will water down his customer base. Also in order to sell at a good price we will need to be stable, debt free and have PL status. So what exactly have i got to be worried about ?

There are a few 15 Yr olds on the game, not as many as 16 Yr old trainees but you can get them. Still, anyone know what position this guy plays ?

I would add italy to that group too, defensively pretty good but they look so so numb up front. I think they will make it through the group.......just, then they are gone. TBF even Spain arent looking too pretty, the swiss should beat Honduras and TBF Chile will give Spain a difficult game. Especially if it goes down to the wire out of those two.

I don't get the 'Capello will not admit he is wrong' He does not strike me as a man like that at all. If Green is picked it would be for reasons other than stubborness. As i said, i would have gone for Hart to start however it will put him or james into the exact same position if Green is dropped, in the back of their heads would be the mistake that Green had made and they would be petrified of doing a similar thing and subsequently be dropped. The difference is Green will not make that mistake again. Also in Greens defence he is not the only keeper to have made big errors this world cup. Capello needs to look him in the eye and ask if Green is mentally ready to play, if he is not then he might aswell send him home. If he is mentally ready than pick him. Capello has admitted he made mistakes, he did it in a press conference today, part of that makes me believe Green will be dropped though.

I haven't been following this at all this week as i am revising for an exam tomorrow, can someone fill me in. TBF, we pretty much dominated, all USA did of note was headed wide once and had a single long shot which green unfortunately f*cked up. We had about 6 chances which we didn't convert. We hardly played sh*t, Germany took chances against a very very poor Aussie team, we didn't against a tough and in good form USA. Enough said.

It all depends on the ambition and predicted future TBH. But i generally agree with the fact that 45k is prob our absolute limit, at least for a good few years yet. But i do see the appeal to have other revenue streams.

On another note - Green has been training a lot recently and has had 4000 shots against him without conceeding a single goal !!!!!!!!!
