I just think we need to all write to the FA, as many people as we can muster, those that post on the football forums (all fans) get those people to post on their fans websites and the like, write to the press, just get as many people as we can. Football in this country is rotten to the core, the FA care for nothing more than money, the PL has no concerns for the good of the ENGLISH game just to line its own pockets and unfortunately the players of the England squad (as a majority anyways) need to look themselves up and down and realise what a disgrace they are. What a bunch of passionless and uncommited fools they are, unconcerned to the fans and to the nation. Unconcerned for the three lions, unconcered for Sir Alf, for Alan Ball and for Bobby. They have let us all down. The FA, a bunch of fat cats, worried only to smoke fine cigars and woo fine women only to be found wanting and cheating by those same clutches of honey traps and misplaced trusts. How can we attempt to win 2018 if we are full of such inadequacies in all levels. The English way has been found wanting, not good enough not strong enough and not productive enough. An ageing squad of prima donnas have been shown up for what they are and a coaching pyramid just does not cut it at the highest level. Our players, not technical enough, our managers not good enough. We need the FA to encourage and help youth and what do we have ? A top flight full of foreign managers, a national team coached by a foreigner with a loose grasp of english and our premier league full of overpaid and well coached foreign players that walk away with a full pay cheque and an idea of how to defeat the english. The Burton technical youth center needs to be financed. Brooking a once wonderfully gifted english playmaker needs to be given firmer reigns on youth development. The national team needs to be coached by an englishman full of passion and who understands progression. The PL needs to be reigned in, it is an ENGLISH league, Scudamore needs to be culled and the penalties need to be pulled in line with the football league. They need to work as one. More importantly the three lions need to be worn by hungry, passionate men who understand and are still in touch with the rest of the nation. If these things are not met, we run the risk of being overtaken by a hungry asia, a hungry africa and a hungry america, but i fear this will be too late, these things will not be realised until the FA's coffers run dry. It is a sad day to be english, unless of course you were one of the 23, headed for the beaches without a care in the world.

As much as i hate the c*nt, he always always talks sense and will make a great manager playing attacking football and gets the best out of players. The thing i hated about after the game today was when you saw the Italians go out, they were crying and inconsoleable, Lampard was smiling and changing shirts. It looked more like players p*ssed off they were missing their off season holidays then playing for the country in arguably the LAST chance of a world cup they could. Was something i came up against when i done my coaching badges mate, unfortunately none of the companies that i worked for (one of which was Saints) shared my opinion that we should develop a more continental approach to teaching youngsters, although i paid for and downloaded/bought continental coaching techniques and put my opinion across and actually i got a broadside when i attempted it with a group of under 5's, although it was working. The English will always coach one way, it will never change mate.

Well that was f*cking aweful, f*cking f*cking aweful. The Germans just looked so so much better than us, and in all honesty it was pace that you saw, something that the England team seriously lacked. This is just a few of the things i saw today, Upson was never at the races, Klose made him look average at best, and this is a man that had a decent season at West Ham. Terry was caught out of position time and time again, laughable at times, if that was the lads on a Sunday i would have been screaming at them. I couldn't understand if Barry was man marking Oezil or not, at times i thought he was and at times he seemed to forget, problem was that when you man mark someone you give the chance for that player to drag the team around and open spaces, this it what happened and Germany played it well, as if they knew it would happen. Rooney, well, we all know he has not performed. Capello - What the f*ck are you doing man, you want to win a game, and not even getting into the Heskey situation, cos we ALL know, WHY TAKE A STRIKER OFF ?? We needed a goal, we needed 3 goals, and then to put J.Cole on when we were screaming for pace and commitment, J.Cole is a man that likes to slow play etc, not what we needed. And another thing, Lampards free kicks, useless, they have been all tournament so why keep banging your head against a brick wall ?? If you know he was shooting why commit your best defenders up there ?? Why ?? It was bad, it was very bad and it was the worst overall performance from England i have ever seen.

England were sh*te, very very sh*te, but Saints have shown me nothing to tell me they could cope against England,infact you would find it hard to point me in the direction of anyone with any footballing knowlege that would say a Lg 1 side or even CCC would beat england. And Turkish...................... I really can't defend them, nor Capello, that was aweful, passionless and made me sick to the stomach to support them.

I can't see Harding being simply replaced because IMO it would damage the squad morale, Dickson will come in and attempt to win the position if not move onto LM maybe infront of Harding. If he is good enough (and i think he probably is) to take the position then fair play to him, we want to move on up and buying the best is how to do that. Harding won't be moving to CB, and i very much doubt he will be a RB in anything other than an emergency, as a manager you just don't play a man that is predominatly left footed at RB, it doesn't make sense. I would imagine Holmes is gone, with Harding/Dickson LB with Mills/Dickson also posing competition for the LM slot.
