I can agree with that, charlton have made a fantastic start. But surely you cannot disagree with the other points that must be so damaging to players mindsets. Plus with the -10 points thing, a good start was a must, now that has not happened i think that could have a negative effect, we are coming up to it but need to turn the corner. FFS 6 games in charge ?? 7 new players, a team that was relegated last year, had massive internal struggles, has lost it's best players, almost didn't exsist, one -10 points. Really ?? FFS give the guy a chance, the way i see it we are starting to turn the corner, we have brought in the quality we obviously needed, we have not let in too many goals tbh, are only trouble is scoring. Scoring comes with confidence and cohesion, we will get there, have some bloody faith.

TBF, out of the two CH at chelsea, i would say that Dr Cavalho is the one with culture and prefigree, Terry is there as the ball winner and does his job very effectively. Football is a game of partnerships imo. And CH is one where you need a solid, ball winning brute, and another that is more of a footballer. That is Cavalho and Terry, Vidic and Ferdinand etc etc. I believe you have missed the point slightly, Terry is an excellent ball winner, one of the very best, he would probably tackle with his face if he had to. Every team in the world would take terry off of chelsea's hands, and in that respect i believe he is world class. Ferdinand is a fantastic player, but far too prone to disappear into world lala land, as we saw in the england game a month or so ago. Also, Lampard is over-rated

I also think it will stifle some young talent, better clubs have better acadamies, coaches and facilities. Perhaps a Quota system on the amount of non-local youth players a club is allowed ?? But also a Quota of the amount of foreign players in each squad would help, but it would have to be a blanket worldwide thing.
