-
But then you fill the team with new blood and they could A. Struggle to gel and B. risk alienating the current crop. Oh, and C. there is no garuntee's of fitness
-
Well, lets see how Bell gets on then. Why do we stick with Bopara ?

Nice use of sarcasm Stevo, i like it. And true, we are under the paper talk radar !! If there is a sniff of a deal it is generally added towards the end of a three page piece on he top 4. So as Stevo said, you will know when you know, probably won't hear much before.

Unfortunately others fail to see this point

now that would be interesting. not necerssarily nice.... but interesting

Tis true in a way though CaM, not looking to stir things up at all but we have to give AP time in the job, he has only been in there for two weeks and has had no backroom staff. As BTF stated the market is pretty slow, and as i said earlier he is looking at the bosman market which tends to move slow anyways, he has said he wants to bring players in, as has Cortese. It is hard to have patience as i agree ATM we are not ready for the league, however we are in a much better situation then 2 months ago. We are just going to have to concede unfortunately that we may start the season on the back foot as other teams have had that extra stability time to assess, target and negotiate, a process we only started about 2-3 weeks ago. Give it time

nicely said

+1 have to agree
-
Calm down dear, we were told that reasonable injections would be made to the team and would be dependent on level. I have no reason to believe we are still skin flints. AP has already said he is looking at the bosman market. So i will await with open eyes. No need to start worrying.

GET IN THERE Just hope for a decent batting performance now
-
yeah but they now have adebola, DMG, blackstock
-
Natural light burns my eyes, i much prefer the feint glow of my laptop on half battery.
-
Probably, however i expect he will move on, good initial signing though, not sure it would drop for long... hold on.. GO ON JIMMMMMMMMYYYYYY ... and back to topic. So yeah, up to what you want, can't see me winning this season, but safely midtable and build for the future is the option i have taken. Could do with another winger/RM/LM

+3 Shabba

very good appointment, in my humble opinion
-
Perhaps, but what an ambitious signing it would be ?? We can assure him 1st team football, we have done well with bringing up youth so thats a bonus, Charlton are firmly in the poo at the moment. I am clutching with this one but pardew ?? He may have had dealings. As for webber, i would love. Tyson, why not make enquiries, not heard anything regarding him. And gray, he would prob DAJ at this level. Though i think the harding/fish connection could do well, and Holmes if fit.
