I hope that when it is rearranged that the game schedule is the same for both i.e. They don't have a weekend off before but we are still in the cup and play a few days beforehand, possibly compromising our team picks.

Pretty much the side that I was thinking, apart for KWP for Yann and Redmond for Walcott. Hopefully Adam Armstrong can perform well against a Championship team. Any news how Tino injury is recovering, even though they didn't think he would need an operation he may need quite a long recovery time for it to heal properly.

On loan Ramsey and Vokins starting for Ross County v Rangers live now on Sky. Ross already 1 down after 4 minutes and Vokins booked after 6 minutes.

Thanks, very interesting. Your first post?

I thought that FFP was supposed to stop rich owners like Newcastle just splashing the cash now like Man City and Chelsea did in the past. Spending is related to income?

Especially after reading the BBC article I think that after the present 1 year loan Broja will go back to Chelsea. He seems to have had a long affinity with the club and will have a chance to be at least on the subs bench there. The loan has let Chelsea see what he can do do in the Prem against top opposition and he has performed well.

Why hasn't this match been re-arranged for this week? Both clubs are free and a lot of other 'catch up' matches are taking place. May be Saints don't want to play 4 matches in 10/11 days or 5 in 2 weeks, if they had been trying to get it arranged but Newcastle were being uncooperative then I think we would be hearing some moaning from the Saints side.

Supposed to have started now on Main Event but in Sky PL shows starting at 11?

I think that once a broadcaster has picked the live match for televising then they have to stick to it. Does seem strange to be able to televise ours one hour behind starting when the match is still going on, must be a broadcasting time delay limit rule in the contract somewhere. This Digital Spy thread has some people posting who talk about match picks and what might happen with re-arranged matches. They are also saying that of the Arsenal matches still to be picked i.e. March games until end of the season 11 out of 10 will be televised 8 by Sky and 2 by BT !! 2021-22 Premier League TV Fixtures Thread - Page 108 — Digital Spy

Yesterday they were showing the recording starting at 10.30pm for 1h 45m but that had the Everton v Leicester match live before it until it was postponed.

And Man U are always on whoever they are playing. If they beat Villa that is. Mixed comments on Coventry City forum 4th Round draw | Sky Blues Talk

I think it is due at 4.50

Olise for Palace looks a good player, scores a goal and a great assist just then. Millwall defender does make it easy for him to get onto his left foot though. £8m from Reading and EPL young player of the season last year apparently.

Ralph in his post match Amazon interview seemed to suggest that the Brentford game could be rearranged as soon as the mid week after the Swansea cup match. That's only 2 weeks time and would need to be announced soon in order to give the clubs, fans and police sufficient time to plan.

Hopefully some of their covid cases will be testing negative by the time the decision for our match needs to be made. (Friday or Saturday?)
-
Hopefully Stephens and Lyanco will be available depending when they first tested positive and when they are cleared.

My son has 'lent' me his Amazon Prime sign in, he is actually going to the match. Watching via Sky Q box, picture and sound keeps stuttering!!

This part concerns me from Ralph 'Asked for an update on the progress of the 29-year-old by the Daily Echo, the boss responded: “Mentally I’m not so sure because I haven’t spoken with him for one or two weeks now.' I would have thought he would have regular chats with injured players getting close to coming back into contention. Does he mean that when he last spoke to him Stu maybe not so good mentally?

BBC Wales can also be viewed in all UK regions on iplayer. Hope it stays the same for the match. I've watched other BBC Wales sport events through the Sky channel without a problem in the past.

Come on Saints I don't want another evening of despair and disappointment.
