I do agree with the OP and thought the same when the team came out, we were really good first half (and most of the game) yesterday apart from obviously scoring ! Norwich did score with us playing 4 at the back and I also think KWP looks better going forward at fullback. Good to have in your armoury though when matching up other sides.

TBH I stood there for 96 minutes bored shitless, got to 1-1 then thought we'd have a right go but oh no we just passed the ball around at the back and nearly conceeded. this is exactly why we will not be in the automatic places, the two teams above us would have put this game to be in the first 20 minutes, also, well done to the prick behind who just kept calling everyone twats wankers for not singing, fuck me we've got some retards.

Personal opinion, Aribo was ok, not great, Manning ok, opens up on his left foot which Bree cant do. Defence is sorted for me. Che's a patchy goal scorer so expecting another from him Wednesday. Would like to see Frazer start but his contrubution needs to be like when he comes on as sub not like his previous start. Big away following and three points required !

Got home at 2am with the 3 points in the bag, first half, it was looking like it was only our errors that were going to gift Stoke a goal, clear foul on Stu for the free kick with the player pulling his shorts back, did'nt hear there fans until the second half, they just sat there uninterested, i did think this could be us in a few years if we dont get promotion. Saints fans were good again even though the ground was half empty and we really didnt create much. one thing i did like is we are showing some bollocks and little partnerships are forming all over the pitch, the want to win and back each other is gradually showing, the spine of the team is looking so much better as well. I would actually commend RM if he admitted to himself and his staff that his current tactics are just not working and decided to play a different style that suited the players better. None of us want to see another manager change and he has come across ok at the start of the season. We will see saturday/tuesday but unfortunately i dont think it will happen !!

Don't know where you are in the Northam but from where i sit, there is good support for the team but also massive fustration when witnessing that crap the other night. Even when we went 2-1 down there was still encouragement but when we let that pathetic goal in just before HT that sort of turned the atmosphere sour. I'd also like to point out the atmosphere in the first two games of the season in the northam has been really good. I get your point but we should be doing a dam sight better and fustrations are going to boil over. Also, the attendences will start to drop (Starting with Ipswich) if we dont start producing again.

Agree with alot that's been said above, there is a time and a place to play out from the back and when the pitches start getting cut up i hope we have a plan B, that being said, Sheffield Wednesday are playing the same way so next Friday could be intersting. Player wise, Bree just doesnt do enough for me and worry that when we lose KWP & Tino there's a big gap. Good to see Stu Armstrong back and looked good. Lots of positives though and there will also be new signings coming in, currently, we just need to tighten up from breakways and play out from the back when it's on and not everytime. As for the booing, unbelievable !!
