  1. i fancy your mum
  2. Depends if you're in a nursery or the annual Swedish wet-teeshirt competition
  3. There's not much wrong with Wotte. He's shown great qualities in the face of a bad situation I think he'll do well this year, then again hiring a GOOD manager costs money which we don't have. You're just a miserable sod who wants to slag off anything Southampton related like Alpine, sitting on a PC moaning constantly isn't much of an existance.
  4. Understandable given the current situation. Lack of coaches, I'd say Eastleigh are more prepared given most of our players don't even know whats happening or if they'll have a future, this is why the takeover should have been completed earlier. Stability is needed.
  5. If he's strong and quick sign him up. We need all the help we can get this season.
  6. I think Zurich are a Swiss company? Worldwide financial group? Putting 2+2 together here.
  7. I would if he had MONEY.
  8. "LET ME DOWN TODAY" He hasn't let ANYONE down. Thats pathetic.
  9. And throwing a bunch of abuse at people really helps this situation. In some ways the people who didn't go to the matches because "THIS IS ****" and stayed away who are apparent loyal fans since we've been in the CCC are to blame, if we had a loyal fanbase this wouldn't have happened and now these stayaways as well as the likes of Rupert Lowe and Wilde have destroyed our club. You can't throw abuse at those trying to save the club, the fact was the FL was going to impose FURTHER sanctions, so the backers said "**** this we're off" making Tony Lynham and co look like idiots, and unfortunately thats the way it is they saw this club as a good business aquisition if we didn't have the deductions unfortunately fighting the FL has cost us dear. But instead of naming & blaming we just have to see what happens, i'll still support Southampton if we're in the blue square south or worse. This club will never die.
  10. No because idiots always have to critisise whatever he or any other person does, I think he won't be going on here again thanks to the work of Guided Missile.
  11. I have to say this contact between the fans and Tony Lynham is a good thing but this should teach us all a lesson that we shouldn't throw accusations that aren't true around. I'm very happy that Guided Missile has apologised, we all get a bit too heated on here when in reality we should be united for the love of the club. Lets hope when the takeover is complete it will be football that we'll argue about not board ownership, or other such nonsense, because that is what we're all here for to talk about football. I miss discussing whether the 4-4-2 is better than the 4-5-1 (which it clearly is!) or whether Lloyd James is infact a good right back, or what crazy formation our Dutch manager might play next. Or if Kelvin Davies is the best keeper in the lower leagues. Fingers crossed this is all sorted soon, and great post by Tony Lynham, top notch to not get angry and accept the apology.
  12. We're in no position to fuss over who buys us, get what we're given at this stage or no SFC. Simple as that.
  13. And you posting that really helps the situation by trying to get a hate mob against someone whose trying to save the club whilst you sit on your behind moaning and whinging on here. They have the funds otherwise Fry wouldn't have accepted the bid or taken there bid so seriously. The fact they've paid for the exclusivity period as well and there are more than 1 moneymen involved I think this guy is one of the lesser ones.
  14. So, i'd rather people stepped into save the club even if they have a few million! At the end of the day, BEGGERS CAN'T BE CHOOSERS.
  15. And the closer we get to the Blue Square South, you never take on the league and win in these matters. Leeds/Bournemouth/Luton/Rotherham should all be examples of that.
  16. What will be resolved is the football league will put two fingers up to our membership because Pinnacle are fighting a losing battle. I'm keeping my fingers crossed however, we all know on friday how positive we felt! and look where that got us. Anyway lets hope the football league will see sense and give Pinnacle the right to appeal.
  17. I can't believe some fans still bang on about Lowe, do you really think giving him attention is going to change anything. There's nothing that wrong with Jackson at least he attempted to 'save' the club which is better than no club at all. And I believe it was the football league which scuttled Pinnacles bid, all Jackson did was say "if there bid goes tits up we'll bid" which is fair enough. And as for Lowe he's ****ed off and thank god for it, I don't think he has anything more to do with our club, and frankly I'm glad, I don't even want to hear his name it makes me sick to the stomach.
  18. Nothing wrong with this. If the Pinnacle bid doesn't come off, you'd want there to be another interested party to pick up the pieces. The guy doesn't deserve all this hate, he's just a broker act on the behalf of a party interested in buying the club.
  19. A statement today with a press conference on Monday, that was meant to be what will happen and so far it's looking that way. They said it will go right down to the wire.
  20. Ince achieved alot at Milton Keynes Dons. He's hardly a bad choice.
  21. I don't think any manager could have kept us up last season. And he's been nothing but positive, i think he's been an a good solid manager given the resources he had at his disposal. As for track record I believe he was highly regarded at Feyernooyd (SP) and at PSV. Some of the hate he gets is totally unmerited.
  22. I'm not ITK, however i know someone who thinks they're pretty in the know being a former/still current journalist.
  23. I've heard it's a channel island businessman worth 750 million.
  24. I don't think we'd have been in league one facing a 10 point reduction if these fans turned up to the games whilst we were in the championship regardless of Lowe being in charge. Frankly this was too much of a closer shave, and what if these new owners aren't up to scratch to some? go away and hope someone better turns up? Frankly what we were was LUCKY that we had Le Tissier and Lynham and others put in bids for a club which is frankly losing **** loads of money in a time of economic recession. And as for the feel-good factor, it's more a sense of relief we have a club, the takeover isn't even complete and it might not even happen in two weeks you NEVER know. There's been more twists than turns than Fabrice Fernandes on a mazy run. And lets face it, it hasn't exactly been an enjoyable experience for anyone.
  25. Black & Gold. He's hinting towards Sam Sparrow being our savior. Never did like his music.
