The fact that he preached of family values while not practising them? I suppose a principle such as the sanctity of marriage wouldn't matter too much to a Lothario or the type of middle aged man who still lives with mum? The truth is that marriages do break up, sadly, but to be preaching on high about being a family man whilst carrying on outside of marriage rankles of hypocrisy, and that is an affectation adopted by all parties but prominently so because this turncoat has yet to face his voters in his constituency. Where he never lives. -

And if Labour had not deregulated I wonder how long it would have been before the banks and Tories would have been campaigning against restrictive practices? -

True, and we all know of the debacle with Group4 losing prisoners! -
Despite them saving Saints both NC and ML are here for the money. They saw us as a prudent investment and a way to make a return on their investment over a given time. To think otherwise would be very naive. What is even more naive is NC's strange attitude to us fans, his customers. His outlook seems almost gung ho and based on the fact that we drew fairly good crowds all season and amassed c.50K fans at Wembley. NC needs to realise that the JPT was a one off. If the product at SMS, or the ability to afford going there regularly, is poor then there will be a drop in attendances. In a business you need a bond of loyalty between the business and the customers. NC has, for a good few, stretched that bond to breaking point. Make it difficult to shop and your customers will find other ways of spending their money. Times are hard, they will get harder. What will go first? A season ticket or the once a year family holiday? Make it easy to commit to the club and most fans will be able to still afford both.

Corrected for you.

That's certainly more truthful. Truth being a virtue almost, if not, extinct in the area of Hampshire where God inserts the tube when the world needs an enema!

Maybe he could come in as an assistant to Roy Hodgson? Maybe

So, a solicitor saves you 50%, pockets the lot and leaves you in the ring to face the HMRC. Apart from having to stump up your 50% again there might well be a fine. What's in it for you? **EDIT** Quite a bit, having read Tractor's link. It looks like the scheme even has a registration number with HMRC? Maybe not bad at all. Get in quick though, that loophole will be closed.

My thoughts exactly with regard to Crouch instead of Heskey. Rooney would dine at ease from what Crouch would put on the plate. I also have grave misgivings about SWP. Sure the lad has pace but that's it, end of. He just finds blind alleys. Lennon is fine in my opinion and I can't seem to remember him being paired with Joe Cole, has that been tried? It's obviously a matter of opinion as to who out of Gerrard / Lampard would drop. Maybe I'm too cavalier in my approach? Rooney, although tired and fed up, went down in my books with his comments.

Response from club re: Installment Plans
EastleighSoulBoy replied to StuRomseySaint's topic in The Saints
That sounds like a good idea. What if the club, NC specifically, decides not to meet the fans? What if he meets them and refuses, out of hand, to commit to an installment plan? I think Stu is totally right in principle I just think, like you, that he will force NC into a corner. I really hope that NC is as astute as I believe he is and will see the installment option as blooming good business. -

This is getting interesting now, will this get to end game quicker than Skates V HMRC? Will proof be required? Worth all those late night PM's VFTT? -

The piece in red is whatvexes me as I understood he was given a life ban? If so is he now capable of not only reinventing himself but also wiping all memory of his Nazi utterances from the mods minds? As an aside, although prompted by the train of thought, how does one report a comment that one believes breaches forum rules? -
Can I suggest an iForum for all those who are interested in the products to chat on? It will be a winner and end up bigger than the Skates thread. Maybe

It helps vent a few spleens though! Come the 24th they'll all be sat on the plane homeward bound, thinking about two weeks on the beach and then back to training. Our fans who travelled will have used up their holiday entitlement, their savings and will probably have some lacklustre job to return to. What does the twohat expect? Applause? That performance was bereft of poise, power and passion. Three Lions on the shirt? Meh, three sleepy pussycats.

I reckon Stanley learned his way of writing comments from the Snu and Daily Hate. Not bad for a nazi really. -
This. Come home boys, it's time for bed. I wonder what sort of reception they'll get at Heathrow?
-
I shall retire to bed as I have work tomorrow. I will think long and hard before making any more comment on the shower of sh!te I have just seen. Totally and utterly distressing.

What has being Ginger got to do with anyone's personality, fitness, ability or anything else for that matter.
