Great news!

Whilst not a chant, when I was at the JPT final, some guy a couple of rows in front of us decided to take his trainers off and hold them in his hands (hands raised).... for the ENTIRE game! Towards the end loads of people around hi were shouting at him to put his trainers back on, but he carried on... sometimes bopping them up and down.... no idea why he did that...

Currently on the trainrushing to get there! Had to stay late at work, then underground delayed and then this train from London bridge delayed! Something is telling me not to go to this game! Sod off! I'm getting there whatever! By the way, anyone know what time their ticket office closes? I gotta pick up my ticket from there

Cheers all. Got my ticket and picking it up at the ticket office there tonight. Cost £20 (plus £3 booking fee). Serves me right leaving it to the day!

I just found out I can make this game, is it too late to get tickets? Thing is, I work in London (commute from Southampton each day!), so won't be able to get to St Marys to pick them up. Are there any other ways to get tickets in Saints end? Don't fancy sitting with the Palace fans!

I saw him drinking a tea and reading the Sunday paper in ocean village a couple of Sunday's ago (during the day). He looked pretty lonely. Was gonna go say hi and welcome to Southampton but he seemed pretty interested inthe paper!

How many away fans are there roughly? I can't imagine many making the trip?

Damn forgot about the rugby. Any Saints fans based in London know where to watch it? Was going to go to that Sports bar near Leicester Square, but now I remember the rugby is on, no chance the Saints game will be on.

Changing the subject here, but I was thinking of signing up to Saintsplayer and wondered if you can access it from your iPhone (be it via an app or if you went onto saintsplayer via the internet browser on it).

Donavan McNab the philidelphia eagles QB also supports us, I remember seeing it on NFL once when he was interviewed. He was asked what other sports he like and he said football, then was asked who he supported and he said Saints. He explained his reasons why but I've forgotten since (it was about 2 years ago!)

Totally stunned and not ashamed to admit, I have a tear or two in my eyes. The man saved our club and seemed a very friendly genuine person. Really am shocked.
