It's just a case of one group of fascists not being allowed to publicly support another group of fascists. I await your responses.

I managed to fall asleep for the last ten minutes of both the penultimate and final episodes.

I'm convinced we can get out of Div 3 playing attractive passing football. If we resort to kick and rush, which so many of you knuckle-draggers seem to advocate, we may as well give up and go home. I remain committed to the beautiful game, Wilko

But this is the same everywhere, isn't it? As an example, where I live, Weston-super-Mare, a rough estimate tells me that about 20% of the shops are empty. What does North Somerset Council do to solve the problem of the ailing town centre? It decides to knock down some buildings and build more shops. It's all part of the consumerist nightmare we live in. If the powers that be repeatedly tell enough people they have to keep going out and shopping, they will think they need to. To allow them to do this they need shiny new shops, because the old ones quickly get boring.

I'm glad you agree with me.

This is like reading Brave New World. Indeed. Back to the point, which is where I feel I must drag this debate, kicking and screaming though it maybe, it's time for an election. The public need to get rid of those whom they deem unfit as soon as possible to restore confidence in Parliament. It won't happen, though, unless the Queen intervenes.

I'm glad we aren't afraid to debate the big issues at this difficult time. I've barely slept a night since they were given the boot. I've just finished drafting a letter to the interested consortia, outlining my views on the subject.

You're a genius, Stu.

I'm worried you're narrowing your future with that course. You may be well served by studying buildings in other settlements as well.
-
I thought I had laid it all bare in my post, but you managed to demote me even further with that.

We would not have been relegated if he played up front all season.

Summers, When I was at Uni I hated the try-hards who insisted on doing a full-time course and doing a full-time job as well. Just spend your time playing ISS and drinking beer like everybody else. Wilko £000s in debt BSc Business (2:2) £14,000 per annum salary

Are you still alive? I haven't had an email from you for ages. Have we split up? x

Glad I'm not the only one.

Why haven't my HCDAJFUs been added? This is an outrage.
-
For sure. Combative, skillful, mobile, versatile. Doubt we could afford him, though.
-
I reported on Yeovil Town v Colchester United last weekend. The football quality was actually pretty good. There wasn't a lot of hoof and hope and the standard of player was decent enough. I was particularly impressed by Mark Yeates.
-
I would like the following to be added to the HCDAJFU list: Jon Main and/or Danny Kedwell - AFC Wimbledon Manny Williams - Woking Craig Rand - Weston-super-Mare

Are we this desperate? As much as I like Tessem, even in our current state I think we could do better.
-
Silly northerners. That would never have happened at my paper. As an aside - using a press release on the front page is laaaazeeee journalism.
-
That's exactly the sort of innacuracy I'd expect from the BBC. At a local level, it's doing a bad job of reporting a lot of news, while putting many hard-working honest local journalists out of business. Start using the local newspaper websites instead of the BBC - they're more interesting and will have more stories about your town.
-
Jeez. We're ****ed, may not have a club next season, and you guys are still ****ing and *****ing about individual players' performances this season. Does it really matter? Let's get on with it and look forward to Yeovil.

I'm sat opposite a Stockport fan. He's really depressed.

The only thing I look for on an away day is a real ale pub and three points.

Don't be such a stick in the mud.
