Great thread.. My fondest memory probably has to be when we beat West Ham 2-0 in 2002... It was back when I didn't go to many games and I went with my Dad, who is a West Ham fan. It was an evening game and the sight of St. Mary's all lit up will stay with me forever. We won through Kevin Davies' tap in and a great free kick from Fernandes and it was a record attendance back then of about 31,800-ish. Needless to say I bragged all the way home (well, until I fell asleep in the car, I was only 11). Great times. Worst memory was being there as we got relegated after the crap that was last season. Recurring feelings, same as you, pre-match routine, having a laugh home and away with my mates and just loving watching my team. Ahhhhhhhhhhh

No. The one in Northam wasn't. It was just two normal blokes, not clobbered up, not in a massive group of 15 year olds, not Yoof. It was just one bloke there with a girl, and another lad, they obviously had a disagreement and punches were thrown.

Agree with this completely. What got me was that Holt was rolling around holding his face, looked up, saw the ref come over to him, then rolled around more dramatically. Then he looked up and saw nothing was going to come of it, then just got up and ran back onto the field. Pr!ck.

That's because Mellis did play well before he went off, he looked lively and had some good touches, he caused them a few problems in the middle as well in the first 25 minutes. A definite improvement on what I've seen from Mellis before this season.

FIGHT IN BLOCK 41 SHOCKER One bloke in row MM and one in LL (about 3 people to the left of me) had a fight, MM matey landed about 3 punches on the kid in LL but he kept coming back for more, until the stewards broke it up and took the kid away. Fighting your own fans, whatever next, it's stupid.
