Absolutely mental. When we scored the last-kick equaliser I fell over the seat behind me and ended up on my back, with some lad I don't even know leaning over cheering. The whole place went mad. Even more mental when we won the shoot out. I never witnessed a penalty shoot out before and it is up there as one of the most nerve wracking, tense moments of my life. Gutted to f*ck all of you who left early, you know who you are. You missed out on an exciting climax. Some were even leaving before 80 minutes was on the board, I wouldn't want to get away from the ground and escape 5 minutes of queueing for all that excitement, sod that. And to top off the quality night (of which the ticket only cost me a fiver) I won £45 on my accy. Lovely.

Bet we'll get a fair few walk ups as well.

Leeds Away Ticket Info - full allocation taken
RedAndWhite91 replied to stevegrant's topic in The Saints
Well, it shows that, despite all the drama surrounding the "OMGZ TICKETS HAVE SOLD OUT I BOUGHT SOME IN TEH LEEDS END" and the like, that tickets are still available, proven by the fact someone bought 3 just yesterday. HTH. -
Everton can **** off.
-
Sod the Santa hat, I've decided that if we go 3 goals up on Leeds I will remove all top half layers of clothing and jump around like a madman.

Settled tonight.

Arias...... The Echo bigged him up as a great player. He could run the 100 metres in 10 seconds supposedly. El Torpedo. Did he even play a game for us? The only thing on the internet about him on a US MLS forum for San Jose Earthquakes. They nearly signed him in 2008... http://www.bigsoccer.com/forum/showpost.php?p=13914458&postcount=38

Should Pardew rest players in JPT game ahead of Leeds?
RedAndWhite91 replied to trousers's topic in The Saints
Exactly what I was thinking (well, replace 23 with 18 but same thing). I've never seen a game at the new Wembley and there would not be a more fitting first game than a final featuring Southampton. -

Norwich HAVE to leave out a few injured first team players, so why not capitalise on this and go full out for the win. Put out a strong side, stronger than theirs. If we win this then I fully believe we'll be at Wembley. Go for it. -
Me too, Pardew thinks so as well, as he said that when he came he was overweight and they've really seen the difference after a load of training and fitness work, with Lambert himself saying how much better he feels. I daren't think what he could do if he improves even more!

He stands just over six foot three, Rickie, Rickie He'll take us to the Premier League, Rickie, Rickie He get's the ball, he takes the p!ss, He wears the shirt of Matt Le Tiss, Rickie Lambert, Southampton's goal machine Na na na na na... etc...

What?

Think of the groupies!

...and the way he gets ridiculously over excited at a half-chance that is obviously going to result in absolutely nothing...

That would be well off putting!

As a Young Adult ST holder I got mine on Saturday for £5. BARGAIN. Just look on the OS, it's not hard.

Thanks Northam Nutter

The Big Upgrade ayyyyy? What's all this then?

It's not just when he was offside on Saturday, it was sung when he came on off the bench.
-
Great idea, but do you know of any recordings of a slow OWTS?
-
He was only on for about 2 minutes, but he said he loves it here, loves his football, wants to get into the play offs, understands Saints are a big club compared to the likes of Bristol Rovers where he has played before. The interviewer had only good things to say about Saints too. Short and sweet.

I'm well surprised at his Scouser accent, forgot he was from Liverpool!

"Oh, so that's where I left it"

I feel a bit sorry for Lawro, he is always on the end of the sofa and it seems like he is the runt of the pundit litter.
