Much like the entire MK Dons team. My take on the push was that the player who fouled Harding was stood over him giving him some abuse. The crowd reacted and then Thomas got a little hot headed and went to look out for his team mate. Fair enough, possibly OTT but he was the only one who went over. Good bit off refereeing IMO, calling the captain in and telling him to control him, luckily for Thomas as he could've seen red. Best bit of common sense refereeing i've seen anywhere for a long time.

that really is a high horse you're riding

**** doesn't fit into the song. Wotsit does though.

Never sure if people looking to be PC are actually un-PC and are hiding behind what is deemed acceptable an creating an issue when there really isn't one. Just a thought.

With Avram being sent off too tonight, does that mean he will be banned from the dug out on saturday?

Got to agree in general with those all bar Jaidi maybe should be a 6. I thought he looked a bit off the pace and IMO had his least impressive (that is no slight on him by the way, as he has been solid for us all season when selected) game in red and white, although he did add some strength and extra experience. Good result though and a great atmosphere to boot. Wembley here we come

Pompey, give us a loan. Pompey, pompey give us a loan.

Agreed. I think too many of us are looking for miracles just because we have a rich owner. The original plan was a 5 year one and we seem to have lost sight of that and got carried away on the wave of our great form before christmas - including the club management.

I think that is what is missing. Just a bit of composure and quality those two bring makes such a huge difference -
What assets?

The one time I would care about being on hold, the facility doesn't exist. Typical

Hi. I'm sorry. All operators are busy. Please try again later. AAaaaaaaaaaaaargh!

I cant for the life of me understand why anyone would sign for a club who cant pay their existing wage bill, never mind the added cost of additional signings. It really does beggar belief. Unless there is guaranteed new investment, which seems highly improbable at the moment, this seems like a case of throwing more money into the abyss.

An interesting point of view. When Rupes fell out with the Echo he actually insulted them directly - some Star Trek anology as I recall. When Cortese fell out with the Echo, it was down to the paper breaking an accord and a courtesy. Quite a difference IMO. As for penny pinching, not paying over the top for wages is hardly that. We have spend alot of money under MC & ML and now have one of the best squads in the division. We are in L1 and have spent more than most PL clubs this last month if not this season. The quality of players brought in has only strengthened us. At the present time I cant identify a bad signing under the new regime, with 15 or so players brought in, that is not a bad ratio and suggests that the money isn't being wasted. Much unlike RL, whose transfer record was hit and miss at best and penny pinched his way into feilding a team of academy graduates. Really there is no comparison between the to of them. As of this moment, NC hasn't used club money (as reported at the time) to fight a personal liable case against a national paper either. I know who i'd rather have running our club.

Not difficult tbf

The deal runs out at the end of the season. No-one is ending it. BOO to the Echo. More cheap shots. Poor form

Escuse my ignorance, but how is that possible? Would that mean that any losses incurred after the petition are obsolete or they are in deeper **** as they have continued to trade after winding up? The Pompey situation certainly seems alot more complex than ours was.
-
Or trying to start a bidding war by attracting interest in the player.
-
I think its because a company cant enter into administration while a winding up order is in place. PFC is clearly insolvent and has been for some time, so maybe administration would've been better for them before it got this far. Cant help thinking that they will bypass admin and be liquidated.

Jason Puncheon to Saints according to SSN

Getting on a bit though, 33/34. Definitely in the twilight of his career. Maybe CDAJFU in fairness to the bloke. -
It is on a thread somewhere but not sure which one. It maybe on the is theirs worse than ours one (CBA to check). It certainly makes sense as this way means we would not actually be a football creditor, which we would be if we released the tickets to them prior to sale. I think thats why other teams did the same to us when we were in admin.

Why not put Harding on the wing, move Lallana to an advanced central midfield position and use Morgan as defensive midfield (he can play that position well) and use Gillett as a traditional centre mid while we still have him. This gives the ability to control midfield without losing width and with the advanced position it would allow Rickie or Lee to create havoc in the box. It would also help with defending as we would virtually be playing with 3 centre backs when not attacking. Just a thought
