Video celebrating Saints' promotion from League One
St.Jeweller replied to SaintBobby's topic in The Saints
great footage of Fontes' winner @ the withdean with Davies pointing that a mad thing at the bench? or the fact that he pumped the ball up from the half way line to set it up. -
opened champagne with 3mins left then conceded goal but also realised i had 3 - 1 in predictor.............Happy days!!
-
Made me lol aswell arch rivals
-
go back and tell Walcott just before he leaves us that he'd win more silverware staying with us than he would by moving to Arsenal over the next 6 years

Best name for the team Saints are playing tomorrow?
St.Jeweller replied to Rut's topic in The Saints
MK Wotsits -
Can always remember him going in goal during the warm ups at the dell back in the late 80's early 90's stretching his long sleeved training top over his wrist to tip the ball around the post. no wounder he never did him self an injury messing about in there.
-
must be Antonios birthday tomorrow then if i remember rightly, also seems a bit weird seeing us play in R & W stripes again (oddly)
-
i still blame that defeat on the goal mouth, that ball took a massive bounce before it popped up to that little short arse. if only the semi's were played @ wembley back then
-
That 4-4 has been very costly IMO because i had us to win 4-3 in the prediction league, have been ruing over this result for weeks now! and it was a dodgy penalty as well wasn't it!

LOL imagine the fun we'd have watching the athletes sprinting down the nice long straight then having to squish up like sardines as they ran behind the goals i'm sure there'd be a few elbows and some digging in the ribs involved, would be great fun.
-
i feel that today could be a real turning point for us saints fans. on the back of a 6-0 thrashing of a team that had only lost once at home this season,a so called local rival lose a chance of taking our 2nd place and not only that lose there 'loyal' manager. here's hoping i don't have to eat these words come 5 o'clock tomorrow
-
oops! reminds me of our stewart gray days....here's hoping he has the same amount of success
