Why? The enthusiastic round of applause when warming up should have been enough, it is far more than most ex-players get and should have shown how highly he's regarded without going on throughout the game, while he's trying to score a goal against us and leave us without what would have been a very much deserved point.

Thought he was fine in the interview, came over well and answered genuinely, will always be a Saints legend. But I found Saints fans singing his name today poor from us, he was coming on to help them get a win against us, we should be focused on the XI out there playing for us.

Lookat the Liverpool team we played against today and the one we faced at Anfield a year ago and tell me which one was stronger? We played well today. Liverpool might not have been at 100%, but we must take some credit for that, all their key players didn't just wake up and decide to have a bad game game today. Credit where credit is due, we were pretty decent today and showed plenty of promising signs.

Just on the way back now. I thought we were excellent, better team for large chunks of the game. Wanyama was excellent, bossed the game, best player on the pitch, I thought Clyne and Bertrand were very good. Pelle really struggled, didn't offer anything, I don't think Tadic did enough either. Good support from us, but completely unnecessary singing for Lambert as he was about to come on and try and score a winner against us, ridiculous.

Sort of true. At the end of the day, Lambert was keen to leave us and will be trying to score against us now. Certainly won't be booing him, but certainly won't be cheering him either.

It hasn't been resolved though. Just postponed until January or next summer at absolute best. It would be a fantastic achievement to get a big full season of top performances out of Schneiderlin, I just can't see it.

They build up a relationship with their defence, get into regular match form. Also chances are one is actually better than the other, if only slightly. Why don't you think any clubs do it?

"We don't just buy success, we breed it" is as well. -

Not bad as things like that go. I wonder who and what was the motivation behind it. -
Why shouldn't Koeman pick the keeper he considers better?
-
The Baltic Fleet is a cracking pub, well worth trying if down in that bit of the city.
-
Why should he? He should pick what what he considers his best team and play them.
-
I'd be happy with Wollscheid, Vlaar or Van Dijk.
-
Why? What does that even mean?
-
But Koeman rates Forster as a better keeper it would appear, so he will be picking him. It wouldn't make sense for him to pick a team that he doesn't consider his best.
-
Most will head to the Arkles on Anfield Road, 2 minutes from the away entrance. Central Liverpool has loads of very good pubs. The area around Everton has a few pubs that will be quieter, but walking distance to the ground, got a Spoons if you arrive before 11.
-
So what? Either it's "disrespectful" or it's not.
-
But that doesn't make sense either. Why just wait for Boruc to make a mistake? That's not the overall barometer of a good keeper, either Forster is a better keeper and should be picked ahead of Boruc, or he's not and shouldn't be. Koeman obviously rates Forster higher, therefore should pick what he considers his best team.
-
Exactly. Should Lovren have been stuck on the bench at the start of last season so we weren't disrespectful to Yoshida? It is a ridiculous suggestion.
-
Why should they do it the way Spurs did? Why shouldn't the manager pick the team he feels is the best? Doesn't make sense.
-
Is that a reliable source? Just seems to be a cobbled together article based on random bits of speculation. Would be a good signing though.
-
Why on earth does he have to work his way in? Should that work with every signing we make? Your post doesn't make sense.
