If we don't put out a full strength team there is really little difference in it. See last season's FA Cup game.
-
Osvaldo and Davis on the bench replacing Lee and Ramirez/Guly? Back 7 and Lallana are nailed on for us at the moment.
-
Those players aren't strong enough to beat Chelsea though?
-
True, but it does give him a real headache - still very tough to drop anyone out of Lambert, JWP or Rodriguez after their performances against Fulham, hard one to call that.
-
Maybe, but at least it'd potentially be a decent away, rather than having 5k Chelsea fans at St Marys and a rerun of last season's FA Cup game.

Why isn't it the worst draw we could have got?
-
Does anyone actually dispute that the 13 years of Labour government left this country in a mess?
-
Couldn't think of a worse draw. would rather have drawn them away. I wonder if this will impact ours or Sunderland's approach to next week's game.

Works for lots of clubs, especially in Portugal, Holland, Germany, medium sized Spanish clubs. Best way to make us financially sustainable, just not easy to keep getting it right.

That's what I'm expecting, defeat at Sunderland - think they'll feel the need to get another win more than us, and will nick it 1-0.

Ticket Details: Sunderland Away - League Cup
Sour Mash replied to Saint-Armstrong's topic in The Saints
Because they'd both played on Sunday, so neither would agree to playing again on the Tuesday. The problem isn't them playing it a week later, it's confirming the date for this week, then at pretty short notice moving it to a week later after people have booked stuff up. -
Being sold in January would be well into his 4 year contract; Cortese won't allow his contract to be run down too much without either extending it or moving him on. A decision will be made in the summer I reckon.

Are you saying that's untrue?

Southampton plot transfer of Victor Wanyama's brother
Sour Mash replied to ART's topic in The Saints
Why is his name not Wanyama? -
By their standards? What does that mean? Burkino Faso might currently have a golden generation by their own standards, but no-one goes on about them! The Belgian players listed on this thread - how many major trophies have they won between them so far?

Is that the same way Ramirez was a cut above most of our team that weren't on his wavelength?

Seems to be working ok now. Got another question though. My ticket has already been bought for me, but I want to go back in and buy tickets on behalf of someone else that is linked to my account. However for the Arsenal game I get the message "Restrictions Apply". Does this mean that because I have already has an Arsenal ticket bought for me, I cannot buy on behalf of anyone else for this game using their details linked to my account?

Anyone else finding the OS constantly freezing? Not ticket related, before I even get to that point.
