  1. Exactly that.
  2. Did he not get booked there last season for diving? Could be wrong, that's just off the top of my head.
  3. So how would you class McGuinness and Adams?
  4. Where have I said that? I haven't mentioned your or anyone else's age. I asked that if she was so bad, how come she was elected/re-elected 3 times? It was you who said you don't know as you were too young at the time. It is unfortunate that a small part of the country suffered under her governments, no-one would want that, but for the majority of the country, she was a success.
  5. Handicap bet for winning the league. If I read that correctly, Reading had a lower handicap than Swansea!
  6. You answered "don't know" to my question.
  7. So you don't know. Don't let that stop you being angry about it.
  8. If she was that bad for the country, how come she kept on getting voted back in? Do you really believe Britain was a better country to live in in 1979 or 1990?
  9. 2010?
  10. Industries have opened and closed throughout history - it's tough, but such is life.
  11. When you were 15, you went out to celebrate the change of tory Prime Ministers
  12. Yeah, you're right, his performances there were widely regarded as useless, which is why we went for him as our new manager......
  13. What about his performance at Scunny before he came to us? Think that answers your question well enough.
  14. Genuine question, why are you delighted?
  15. Why did an old lady dying cheer you up so much? Bit weird that.
  16. RIP. He'll always have my utmost respect after that challenge on Pedro Mendes.
  17. No its not.
  18. Would be no point doing it for just 4k extra seats.
  19. I'd have a few Wigan players if they go down. Figueroa as back-up for Shaw and Maloney as back-up to Cork/Schneiderlin.
  20. I was going to suggest him, would definitely strengthen our squad, just not sure if he'd be the type of signing we'd make.
  21. Their manager is a bit of a gobby ***t?
  22. I work in a contracting environment/industry. If I'd been on a project for over 2 years, delivering successfully, I would be p****d off to find out that someone was reviewing my work and was in effect sat at my desk when I walked in on a Monday morning, ready to take over, without me being given a minute's notice - anyone would feel the same & thats all Adkins is saying here. Anyway, I'm off to Reading for a nice bit of footy.
  23. Cheers, thanks for confirming.
  24. It would appear that wasn't really the case, plus thats not Adkins point is it.
  25. So can you give me loads of examples of this happening in 'footy'?
