  1. Had forgotten about the crop circles, good effort was that.
  2. It was the corner of the Archers and East Stand
  3. It was against Leeds.
  4. Too right. Guessing that was about '97, so not quite 20 years ago thankfully!
  5. It's not needed at all. You'll have people constantly going back and forth for more beers, if we score full pints will going flying everywhere.
  6. Night game better than a boring lunch time kick off.
  7. Saturday lunchtime or Monday I think?

  9. The sky sports programme showed that. They went to loads of games at loads of grounds over a 3 month period and could only find a problem in one block, in one ground. And that is at Millwall, different in many ways to any other club these days.
  10. What she says is 100% correct.
  11. What about Arsenal at home? Or for 75% of the Stoke City away game?
  12. As many times as he wants. It's up to him. His opinion. Doesn't affect anything else.
  13. They also ask him about the performance of the team, does that make any difference to the tea's performance? But they ask it anyway. And yes, if the interview was nothing but Le Tiss slagging off the club, the team, the fans etc, I could see your point, but it's one question that he obviously feels strongly about and answered honestly.
  14. So Le Tiss does an interview on Saints, genuinely positive in most regards, talks well of recent performances, why should he have to pick and choose which questions he answers? How has he "dished more bile on Cortese"? This interview hasn't made any difference to anything, so why should it be an issue if he answered the question or not?
  15. I did read what you said, that's why I asked, "why should he?". Was the interview all about Cortese? Was Le Tissier positive about Saints? If it was up to me, the issue wouldn't be discussed, but I certainly see no reason for "he must face the ever increasing ire of sections of the fan base" for just answering a question honestly.
  16. Think we saw from Hooiveld last season how good he could be, was good at Chelsea away before the knew lot came in. Think with him, he had a really hard start, couple of quick errors, then his confidence went a bit. I expect he'll end up our 4th choice, but fair play to the bloke for the last few weeks.
  17. Fair enough, don't think is distribution is woeful at all, played a few very good balls on Saturday. Will be interesting to see how we line-up at Newcastle.
  18. Why? He just gave an honest answer to a question he was asked. He was very positive about Saints as a whole wasn't he?
  19. THought he was fine against Wigan and Man United, as he was at home to Everton and away at Chelsea. Tough run of fixtures that. And the point still stands, tough dropping someone after that performance, or picking who might not even make the bench at Newcastle.
  20. Would be harsh to drop Hooiveld after his last few performances, was excellent on Sat. Bit of a selection headache if Fonte and Forren are fit for Newcastle, which I assume they should be, one of the 4 not going to even make the bench.
  21. Spot on post.
  22. Arteta and Michu off the top of my head.
  23. They'd be a fair few Spanish players on that list I'd imagine.
  24. A few months in a new league after consecutive promotions, that is a quick change by anyone's standards, regardless of whether you think the decision was right or wrong.
  25. When/where was this poll?
