We'll def sell out. To be fair if you look at our season ticket holders, when you take away those that are older than 55 (half the Kingsland), those under 14/15 (quite a few in the Chapel), it's those that would be put off this sort of trip. At least they’re reselling the rest, plenty of non-season ticket holders will be after one. Have they actually confirmed what our allocation is?

Where you hear that from mate? Reliable source?

Its what I've said all along. Absolutely pointless for something that hardly ever happens. I must have been to at least 1000 games of football, can hardly remember any games it would have been needed. This just comes from the massively over-the-top media coverage that happens on the rare occasions there is a contentious decision.

The blue few down the road - Its not getting any easier

Not really. We've had no end of these stories from behind the scenes. I'll start getting excited when I see the club genuinely suffering, not ticking over midtable in the Championship. -

An FA Cup win, another FA Cup final appearance, a 4-1 win at St Marys, European football against AC Milan. None of it paid for by them. We can laugh about the details happening behind the scene, but how have they actually been punished so far? I'd only be happy once they "do a Luton", would be a fair conclusion to this absolute p**s take. -
So what is our best performance of the season?
Sour Mash replied to sandwichsaint's topic in The Saints
You guess wrong I'm afraid. First half at Ipswich and second half at Leicester were our best performance this season, which is what this thread is about. -
Absolute rubbish. Most of the Chapel doesn't sing simply because 99% of the time they don't want to. Nothing massively wrong with that, but no point pretending otherwise. Plenty of songs sung at a slow pace and more than one verse and are never joined in with. In fact for at least 50% of the ground you won't even see fans get to their feet if a contentious decision has been made right in front of them.

2nd half of Leicester away or first half of Ipswich away. -
You are joking right?

Lukas Jutkiewicz.... is he worth signing?
Sour Mash replied to david in sweden's topic in The Saints
Really? Cheers for the invaluable update. -
Cheers. Decent forum/posters to be fair, but they do seem excited by their current form - they've still got a long way to go to get out of trouble.

How many times does Lambert win that ball though!?! He's pretty much unplayable when doing it. Think we're trying to get Chaplow and Lallana running onto the knock downs, but its one thing I think we still lack a bit at times - midfielders arriving late from deep and bombing into the box. -
PC Foley based out of Fratton police station that also covers most Saints games. Just saying like.

As I say, can more than understand it mideweek, often have to do it myself, but can't believe THAT many people are in THAT much of a rush on a Saturday afternoon. It looks s**t and shows a lack of appreciation of the sort of effort and performances the side are putting in.
-
Got a link? I fancy a good laugh.
-
This. Can understand it a bit more for midweek games and could understand it when we're sh**e, but the players can't be massively impressed after yet another quality home win to see the stands almost half empty and people rushing out as quick as they can/ Stay and give them a proper round of applause that these performances deserve, as some have said further up the thread, I don't think some of our support appreciate quite how good these current performances really are.

Yeah and having the game showing as "Sold Out" on the on-line booking site isn't ever going to help. Ok, its not going make a difference to loads more going, but its still a pretty basic thing to f**k up and ain't exactly going to help either.
-
Problem is our ticket office don't exactly push or encourage the sale of away tickets do they?
-
Looks a decent shout that pub. Hen and Chickens is def a home fans pub, would give that a swerve.
-
I think he's being quite polite, while basically asking us not to do it every time he touches the ball, which to any normal person its clearly annoying.
-
Never put him in the same category as Forte, worlds apart in terms of footballing ability. De Ridder plays a different style to the rest of our side, much more direct and is a pretty decent "Plan B" to have coming off the bench. My onlycriticism of him at the moment is he can hold onto the ball for a bit too long.
-
Yeah I'd agree with pretty much all of that, Lambert and Richardson my men of the match, Lambert is unplayable at times. Richardson must get frustrated at some of his bombing runs not getting picked out as quickly as they should though. Not too sure what's up with lallana, still carrying or "managing" his injury a bit? Certainly wasn't a classic yesterday, but a well worked, focused, driven performance. Every home game I expect it to be the one where we slip up and each time we deliver.
-
Yeah exactly, good shout that and a fair compromise. Hopefully fans take it on board, I can't believe how anyone can't see how annoying it must be all the time!

Just seen a fairly big bit on him on BBC news.
