Commentator is a skate isn’t he? Probably upset that Saints wished him luck !! -

Because they see it as not supporting England. Presumably if Denmark win every Danish player who plays in England must be extradited immediately and not have any tea before they go. Saints merely tweeted “Do your thing” about him which can be taken two ways given some of his performances in the past. If he does “that thing” England are nailed on to win. -

Ain’t that the truth. Mind you if he gets torn apart by Kane and co. tonight he probably won’t be going anywhere. -
Yeah Neco Williams looked all at sea playing for Wales, not disappointed in avoiding him at all.
-
I bet it was the sort of offer Spurs usually make for one of our players 🤣
-
To be honest the chances of getting into Southgate's squad, for him, barring anyone currently in there getting injured, is pretty slim. I would think Watkins and possibly Bamford will have moved above him in Southgate's thinking.

McCarthy, Stephens, Adams, Redmond, Djenepo, Obafemi, N'Lundulu, Long, Elyounoussi
-
I know its a long shot but maybe they are so confident because they have already agreed as a club that he will have to run down his contract UNLESS they get a mega bucks offer. I suppose if two or three clubs want him badly enough that may happen......but they will probably get mugged off by Tottenham for peanuts 😡

Yeah, this "test himself at a higher level" thing is bollocks. What he's saying is he wants to play for one of the top six that qualify for the Champions League or Europa League every season. Ok, so if none of those come in for him will he change his mind and stay or will he head off to a mid table club who "have ambition". I think we know the answer.
-
No surprise at all. I did think he just might look at his fitness situation and go with what would have been 4 years security on big money come what may but obviously not. It will be interesting not so much who comes in for him but the offer on the table. I think Saints might make him run down his contract personally unless it’s too big an offer to refuse. We will see. If they think he will enhance their chances of staying in the Premier League considerably then it’s a no brainer really.

I’m not getting my hopes up just yet, but fingers crossed we can get him.
-
Oh don’t, I still get the cold sweats remembering his total lack of ability
-
I must say I’ve never considered having Forster or McCarthy as “something of an advantage” I’m sorry but that’s total bollocks from Ralph. When you have a defence as poor as ours what better than disrupt them further by having a different keeper behind them every week, one week being organised, the next having to sort themselves out. One week having a guy who comes out for the ball from a corner or cross, the next someone who stands rooted to his line. A world class defence might handle it, our bunch of half arsed defenders stand no chance.

oh joy !! Winning that group is a poison challice with Germany, France or Portugal waiting.
-
To be honest it couldn’t have worked out better, it’s all contained in one fixture and not two !
-
20 million each would have been much fairer, just over 3 million isnt even a slap in the face with a wet fish to them. Bottle job as per usual. Wanna get the ECB involved to go over every tweet they have ever sent as clubs and uncover something dodgy 😉

It was laughable that he was in talks with Celtic, thats a bloody long way from Bournemouth.
-
Originally he was set to announce the TAA replacement tonight, talk about dragging it out. I do wonder if there will be more than just one change to the squad given the injury assessment comment.
-
Yes he’s been impressive. I doubt it will make a blind bit of difference however.
-
That was such a strange move, he was being courted by Man Utd at one point with the Cherry pips turning down big money…. then this happens to him, a six month contract and then released. No chance of Saints going for him so doesn’t matter if he’s good, bad or indifferent.
-
Totally agree, his team selection was bizarre to say the least. Sometimes you can be just a bit too clever and I think Pep suffers from that at times.

Stadium Upgrades - Block 31 Kingsland..

It might not be a strange business model but the timing is absolutely crazy and the fact they don’t give a shit about the supporters who have sat there for 20 years in many cases makes it a very poor PR exercise from the club. On the back of the second half of the season’s performances it’s also arrogance or denial, I’m not sure which. -
I wonder if that fantastic black kit with the red and white single stripe down the centre that was pictured a while ago is the genuine away or third kit ?

To be fair even if he thinks it he cant come out and say this Cole-Johnson bloke is a right tool and nobody thinks this is a good idea except him can he ?
