Allardyce would be a disaster, those calling for Hughes to be sacked but Allardyce to come in are posters either on the wind up or mentally challenged in some capacity. Our problem isn't defending (ignore Sunday, we kept two clean sheets consecutively before then), it's going forward that's the issue and finishing off teams where we're obviously the better side. We don't want a manager whose tactics mean we only lose 2-0 or 3-0 against Man City and draw 0-0 against the rest. As ITKs have said, we'll NEVER hire Allardyce, so this debate is pointless. Les Reed isn't that stupid.

Les Reed should've gone last season, instead he got a promotion FFS!! The only hope is for someone to take over his current roles and responsibilities but I can't see him leaving the club totally.

Newcastle were worse than us last weekend, and yet somehow managed to beat them. Watford also couldn't beat a fairly poor Fulham team and got thrashed 4-0 by Bournemouth. Watford, on their day, are a good team but they're beatable. I predict a score draw.

Yup. If I was the board I'd say to a new guy that he has this season and the next season, even if we get relegated. We need to start thinking of things in the long term instead of papering over the cracks. Someone young, someone unknown, a coach who'll blood in the young players and ship out some of the waste of space players that sadly are on our payroll.
