  1. And there you go. SACK HIM NOW
  2. Is there ANY fight from anyone at the club?
  3. West Brom are going down They deserve it for hiring Pardew
  4. We’ve done more so far in this half than we did in the previous half!
  5. A point takes us up to 16th as it stands (and 15th if Huddersfield go on to lose), I'd take that right now.
  6. Crikey that was pretty dreadful all round
  7. We had a Koeman out thread at one stage.
  8. Hojbjerg dropped... bizarre. Carrillo needs to be physically strong today. Hold it up well, allow Redmond and Tadic to run ahead of him. Burnley's defenders aren't too pacy so they need to have good games. Would prefer Sims but Redmond not a bad option for this match.
  9. Both teams have been just as poor as each other
  10. Get in there World class Puel tactics, lured the opposition into thinking they were secure and then BAM hit them with an undeserved equaliser.
  11. He claims a rival curler who wasn't selected for the Russian team spiked his drink. The drug in question is completely useless for curling so it does seem a bit odd that he would dope.
  12. Leicester v Stoke Bournemouth v Newcastle Brighton v Swansea Liverpool v West Ham West Brom v Huddersfield Watford v Everton Crystal Palace v Tottenham Man Utd v Chelsea Want wins for Leicester, Liverpool, West Brom and Spurs, draws in the other games.
  13. He could have retired here and been a legend. Ultimately he thought he was bigger than the club. Shame that he turned out to be a bit of a tit.
  14. Others have also said logistically it could be an issue as Portsmouth play at Oldham on the same time. The police might not be too keen on Saints, Pompey and Brighton fans travelling to the same area on the same day. I’m fairly certain the BBC are wrong (it may or may not be Saturday) but the official FA announcement said the date was still TBC.
  15. Not confident at all. I think two wins over a very poor West Brom team have papered over the cracks somewhat. We really do need the win, but I can only see us getting a draw at best. 0-0 or 1-1.
  16. The BBC article is wrong, the date is still TBC. Earlier it had the time as 3pm on Saturday, which definitely won’t be the case. I don’t think there will be another game on Saturday because it would clash with the Six Nations coverage, and as it’s the final round, would probably get more viewers. I’m convinced that one game will be on the Friday and the other Sunday early afternoon.
  17. The Under Armour logo was a different colour I believe
  18. That BBC article isn't correct, the date is still TBC
  19. No other time have the Quarter-finals been played over 4 days. Two days or three days maximum. There will definitely be an earlier game on the Sunday. Also, as far as I'm aware, I cannot find another country's league or cup which has games scheduled on Monday 18th. All the games end by Sunday night. Pretty sure the Monday is off limits.
  20. I did see that too when looking it up. I've seen a few people mention FIFA regulations prohibiting a Monday game, but that might only apply to competitive games and with friendly matches, it might be more flexible. I still think it'll cause a bit of a headache for the FA, I'm sure they will want their players available to link up (OK it's only Bertrand involved) at the earliest possible opportunity. Not sure about other countries like Portugal etc.
  21. It is very, very unlikely there is going to be a Monday game because of the international break. All of the countries for all of our players would have to agree to our players turning up late. The FA would only try and do that if there was literally no other date available. The scheduling of the Leicester v Chelsea game (4.30pm as opposed to the usual 4pm) indicates that there will be a game on the Sunday at 1.30pm, with a bit of time given to ensure that the games won't overlap. That's the most likely time. Someone on the Wigan forum has suggested that it will on Sunday, no idea if they are ITK or merely speculating like we are.
  22. They always put that though. Doesn't actually mean that there will necessarily be a game on all of those dates. http://www.thefa.com/news/2016/feb/21/sixth-round-proper-draw-180216 From 2016. They put 'across the weekend from 11-14 March' (11th being the Friday, 14th being the Monday) and games were played on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
  23. I might be wrong on this, but I believe there won't be any VAR because it can only be used at Premier League grounds (for the time being anyway). Shame because I was looking forward to seeing it in one of our matches.
