I'm going to give him until the end of February. If we're adrift and keep on losing, especially at home, it would be time to cut our losses and get someone in to prepare for next season.

We finished 15th the last season he was here and then 15th the season he left. Selling him was correct; not replacing him was the problem.

JWP wouldn't be half the player he was now if it wasn't for Ralph. Weren't we going to sell him to Watford? The fact is Romeu and JWP was one of our best midfield Premier League partnerships of all time and that is down to Ralph.

Exactly this. Duckhunter seems to think he's on some sort of victory lap which is very bizarre considering we're still bottom of the league. Personally I'm just happy we're winning and have a bit of momentum.
