If we don't win again in the league before the end of the World Cup then I think I'll largely agree with that beung the time to make the change. I know we've not easy games, but I think 4 or 5 points would be OK. Need to win against one of Newcastle or Palace, probably Palace.

We're doing OK. Bournemouth are awful though, they're there for the taking. Wish we would show more ambition and go for the kill. Get an early goal second half and we can win this pretty easily. We need to be more ruthless.

Also, in the first half if we had taken our chances we could have been 2/3 nil up. Hopefully they start the game just as well and then we won't be susceptible to a second half collapse

He was excellent in the first half on Sunday, the best he's played for ages. Second half poor but so was the whole team. I was with a couple of neutral friends and they said he was the best player for us

Nathan Jones would be an awful appointment, the guy is a grade A tosser. Never stops whinging, he's worse than Klopp in that respect. If we're getting rid of Ralph, it's got to be someone better. Jones would be a huge downgrade.

If we're going to make him see out his notice period then we at least have a bit of time to get someone in well in advance of next summer's transfer window. It's disappointing but we march on.

Positives - in all our home games so far this season, we've looked a decent attacking threat (in terms of creating chances). So whatever's happening there, don't change that Defensively we've been poor. No clean sheets, avoidable goals being scored against us, it needs work. How I don't know, I'm not a tactician at all. I don't think we're a million miles away from where we want to be - ignoring Spurs and Man City away, we've only lost by narrow margins, I don't think anything overly radical needs changing, just small things. Obviously confidence you have to assume is low so that's a factor - probably just need to start believing in ourselves again.
