Have we discussed his staff? A quick look, all of the staff look like former Luton players (and therefore likely to stay) except his assistant Chris Cohen. So I imagine he'll come as well. Not a bad thing as we already have Selles and Carl Martin, in addition to goalie and fitness coaches.

Don't really get this thing about players liking a coach. Didn't the players also like Pellegrino, the worst manager we've had in a long long time?

The first manager since Adkins who truly cared about the club, the fans, and the wider importance. Are we in a better place than 4 years ago? Yes, and I enjoyed the ride. Portsmouth win and Spurs away in February are the obvious two highlights.

Nathan Jones has done well with Luton guiding them up the leagues but that's basically the same as what Nigel Adkins did with us, which in the Premier League was deemed to not be enough. He would be an awful, awful appointment and would tell me that the club has zero ambition.

I'd rather we kept Ralph. Would be a dreadful appointment.
