It makes perfect sense. -
Tomorrow's Watford Match Postponed - Official

If this is now going to be a mid-week game, I'd call it a definite hinderance. We are crap at mid-week games -
And how totally unforseeable that was...... Well, some of us saw it back in August. Mind you, we were called all the names under the sun for daring to point it out.

Does "saluting" the board involve a nice hot, soapy bath and a family-size tub of KY-Jelly ?

Man, so much crap to dispell... 1. Go back and check how long Crouch actually held the reins of power. He didnt have time to **** anything up. Also, he made a managerial appointment that stopped us going down. Lowe wouldnt be up to doing that for as long as he has a hole in his arse. Also, many of the cost-savings implemented this season were Crouch's ideas. 2. Why should Crouch learn from Lowe's mistakes when Lowe cant learn from Lowe's mistakes 3. First time I have ever heard vicious cost-cutting and disastrous interference in team selection and tactics as "building something" 4. We got SMS in spite of Lowe, not because of him. The council saved that project from being Lowed-up -

Wow, the perfect example of the complete non-sensical ******** you write. Crouch and MC can claim moral victory purely that they care about the fortunes and sucesses of the team - winning matters to them. Lowe only gives a **** about the accounts and the bottom line. -
Who will you support if Saints go really under ?
alpine_saint replied to alpine_saint's topic in The Saints
I am still sort-of-interested in football, so I was thinking that if I supported a local Austrian team in future it would sort of side-step the clash-of-loyalties issue. I am from Southampton, and do not feel I would ever have the same emotion for any other team. But I have spent a large percentage of my life living here now (ca. 25%), so think it would be OK to show some support to the local team here. Only thing is, they are so crap they would probably lose at SMS. -

How truly patronising. You really are the only enlightened and intelligent person amongst our fan-base, arent you  No wonder you empathise so much with Lowe. -

No, just board shiitless of you taking up server space with reams of endless over-verbose bollllocks, the only aim of which is to take some sort of contrary yet comfortably netural bolllock positon on every subject. If every f**ker came on here tomorrow and started blaming the ghost of Ted Bates for everything, you'd be on here 5 minutes later espousing the opposing view for "ballance". I give you more favourable attention occasionally if there were a shred of passion and emotion in the crap you write... -
Fine, let's do f**king nothing then. What's this f**king miraculous trump card everyóne thinks Lowe has been holding up his sleeve until the 11th hour and 59th minute, despite the stress it causes everyone, that is going to prevent administration happening in any case ??

I agree with you on this one. Criticising KD because the strain of trying to hold the team together from the back is finally getting to him is ludicrous

How bizarre reading you lecture on the issue of entrenched views... -
This game does feel big. The biggest games in my lifetime where I was old enough to fully appreciate the significance at the time were : 1. League Cup Final, 1979 2. Last Dell Match vs Arsenal 3. Relegation Match vs Manyoo 4. Last match last season vs. Sheff Utd.

That wasnt the question I asked, was it ? And a large proportion actually answered the question I asked. Go and be a pedantic arse elsewhere. -
He sounds like Tomasz Vasko. That legnedary piece of tansfer window time-wasting by Burley that ensured last season saw us start the campaign without a recognised CB. What the hell, lets give the guy a chance.

1. Its not a provocative question - over a hundered posts have taken it with the sentiment that was intended. A pity you didnt read the other replies before shooting your mouth off. 2. You didnt have to answer it. The point of the question in a roundabout way was "if Saints no longer existed (and lets face it, the future has never looked more in doubt than now, though I am sure Duncan can sift through the annals and find a worse situation), would your love of football override your love of SFC sufficiently to permit you to suppport someone else ?" I was sure the answer to this question would indicate a split mentality, and so it has proven.. -
Time for the second, then..

Oh come, dont be so hard on yourself...

Do you get mysterious tip-offs of pro-Lowe media articles to copy onto here, or do you spend hours searching for your beloved ?
-
Really ? I find some of the posting since that game to be quite nauseating and obvious.
-
And he's not the only one considering some of the concerted defence of Lowe thats been going on on this site the Sheff Utd. game..

Whatever happened to the last scam like this ? What was it called ? Club2001 or something ?
-
Not with Lowe in charge. It would all go back out on Director's Box hospitality and dividends, just like the High-Street banks are using tax-payer-funded Government baillouts to pay their yearly bonus schemes. Sorry, I fail to see how you can say who is running the club is irrelevant.....
