And yet come Saturday everyone will be saying how we really need Leeds and Ipswich to lose. Any of the teams in it could suddenly go four without a win, nothing's over until we're out of it mathematically.
-
Is that the PHEV version? It's one of the models we can get through work, would you still say it was decent and any particular optionals you'd say are worth having?
-
Plus we have Prest and Organ if needed. A lot of people on social media seem disappointed but I think it's a decent move for all concerned. It's just not been happening for him recently with Wheal back fit we're pretty stocked for bowlers.

I’m glad it’s not just me who thinks this. That game was a 6-1 defeat, at OT, during a massive injury crisis in which Alan Tchaptchet made the only appearance of his professional football career at any level. Jankewitz deserved his red, it was a ludicrous tackle but honestly we didn’t acquit ourselves too badly in that game. It was certainly nowhere near the Leicester performance.

Just looking at the scorers, I had a white rice Martinelli for dinner.

Very little can be done about it. People are still clearly failing to grasp the motivations and emotions of the people involved, instead trying to rationalise everything through the mental model of a western, liberal bloke on the internet 2000 miles away. I don't know how many times it has to be said, Hamas do not want peace. Just because people on Twitter with #BLM, an LGBTAIQ+ flag and a Palestinian flag keep shouting about it, that's not what's actually in play. Hamas wants Israel wiped off the face of the Earth, a lot of people in the region support them because of centuries of religious dogma. That's not going to change and the Israelis know it. They'll use whatever force they want to go after Hamas and they wont care what the rest of the world thinks. As much as anything they will want to send a message, 'look what happens to you if you orchestrate or are complicit in an event like 7/10'. This is just the latest chapter in a conflict that's been going on for centuries and will still be going on long after we're gone. Saying that we should have some sort of vote on all of this is just laughable IMO, the sort of thing Neville Chamberlain would do.

I’m glad United got punished for Rashford going down like an absolute tart.

It’s not even about being made of steel, I’m certainly not. If one of my parents had said, “I don’t love you, you’re a terrible son,” I’d be absolutely devastated by it, I’m not a soulless monster. This is about recognising things for what they are. Anonymous ramblings from mentally unhinged strangers you’ll likely never meet. If you don’t give there thoughts any value or meaning yourself, then there is nothing to be resilient of in the first place, so being either mentally rigid or sensitive doesn’t come into it.

I guess you can put me down as inhuman. Once you get it into your had that Twitter is nothing more than a platform for literally anyone in the world to post anything, none of it actually matters. Obviously I'm not famous but if I was, I couldn't care less if random nutters were saying they're going to rape my mum and they hope my children get cancer. It's Twitter; a global cesspit of seven billion people's mental health and behavioural problems.

I think most fans would have had us down for a minimum of 7 points from Bristol, Hull and Millwall, so I wouldn't count anyone's chickens just yet. Who had Leicester down for losing at home to QPR?
-
From the top four, everyone is pretty much in touch of everyone else, with the exception of the Saints to Leicester gap. Even with today's surprise at the KP it's still not really on. I honestly couldn't pick the autos now. I'm almost certain two teams wont catch Leicester, so they'll be there. As for the rest... Ipswich could very easily win the league or come fourth.

Okay, no more cats/cancer posts on the main board please.

I’ve switched over to Gladiators. No way I’m missing out on Diamond and Sabre to watching f**king Luton.

That wasn’t a race I’ll tell my grandchildren about.

That was just a little bit more interesting than the F1.

Where’ve you got that idea from? Any tactical or injury knowledge which we can keep somewhat ambiguous in public is advantageous to an extent. Even if it’s something like whether we’re going to play Manning or Stephens; Brum not knowing keeps them guessing, even if neither player is a world beater.
-
Or they want to keep our opponents second guessing our team.

My main gripe with the Liverpool game was KWPs injury, hopefully he’s not out for too long. I’m also hoping we have Downes back for this one.

They’ve checked out now, this could be 5-0 if they’re not careful. -

Which calm, composed finishers should we be playing instead? -

What do you mean? He’s done everything right, in the balance of play we should be 4-1 up. No game plan in the world can mitigate for some of the schoolboy individual errors tonight. -

F**king brainless from Smallbone now, game over. What’s wrong with this lot tonight. -

That was f**king dreadful. Nobody can blame Martin for this, the players are scuffing chances a toddler would bang into a Fisher Price goal. -

You might say they’ve been keen but not quite right. -

That’s what happens when you have a confident, first time, instinctive shot. You make your own luck, to an extent.
