Right now I would say: Fulham - Have just been awful in both games against us. I can't really say anything good about them, they will just have to pray their new signings change something. Bottom for a reason. Cardiff - Inexperienced manager in OGS and they just aren't that good. Norwich - Don't see enough goals in them to stay up. I think Sunderland, Swansea and West Ham have a couple of decent players and will be okay eventually. West Brom and Stoke will go close but should be okay IMO.

Is anyone else's screen resolution completely messed up. Mine seems to be zoomed in a lot and I'm missing half the picture. Only seems to be on BBC1 so not just my TV.

It's fairly obvious that the right player was not available at the right price. Don't forget we haven't sold Osvaldo and we probably received very little in the way of up front loan fees. As such, we probably don't have another £15m lying around spare we can chuck at another centre forward. Clearly those running the club have decided it's better to make do with what we've got, rather than paying the asking price for any strikers who we have probably been looking at. This isn't Championship Manager.

Players who lack match practice are going to make errors, that's why Yoshi made a poor error against Villa. It's no different so Gallagher's 'horrendous' error against Arsenal, when he missed a chance to put us 2-0 up from 5 yards out. You can't expect players to instantly come into a team and be consistent. When Maya played last season he was our best CB IMO. He is definitely good enough for where we are and if the rumours are to be believe he wants out for first team action. That's the problem, you can't have 4 Lovrens in the squad because 2 of them will know they are far too good to sit on Southampton's bench and become unsettled. We're one Lambert injury away from being forced to play Gallagher every week.

Which aspects of Yoshida's performance against Arsenal did you feel weren't up to standard? I don't see the problem with him at all personally. I don't think Jos is as bad as some would have us believe either. He has a mistake in him but the worst part of his game was removed today; Fox. You wont find many better 4th choice centre halves at mid-table Premier League teams. In an ideal world we would have someone better but I don't think it's a priority. I'm more concerned about our second choice striker being an 18 year old who made his debut this month and our second choice 'keeper being badly flawed at Premier League level.

Why? We have 4 centre halves but only Lambert who has proven he can lead the line and he is out of form.

You have no idea what the club has been doing behind the scenes over the last couple of months. We could have been chasing targets which would have broken Osvaldo's transfer fee but the deal couldn't be agreed for whatever reason. There is still another day of the transfer window we may yet sign a player, even though it does look unlikely.

I don't think it particularly matters that much. That £1.8m was an investment on getting us promoted and to that extent we have made a large profit on him. We might not even get £500k, it might be simply a case of moving him on for the sake of his career and getting him off the wage books.

I'd have him out of position over Fox any day, Fox's positioning was shocking and he made some dreadful errors. Having said that, Fox was a decent player in the Championship and an important figure in our promotion. Never gave less than 100% for us, good luck to him at Forest. Does this mean he will be pushing Dan Harding out the team for the second time?

When you consider at least half of that is JRod, that's quite some stat. If Lambert had played instead, we would have had a team out there that cost £8m.

As good as Keegan was, he had already made his name elsewhere before he joined us and only stayed for 2 seasons. I think if we're going for iconic figures who define Saints there are better out there, even if it was a massive signing at the time.

What exactly has Yoshi done wrong? Kept the league leaders quiet for all but 10 minutes of the game and not really at fault for either goal.
