USA could beat England but it is not likely. There is a pretty clear gap in ability, with the excpetion of Donovan, Howard & possibly Dempsey. Spain wasn't exactly a fluke (the US have caused a handful of upsets in recent memory) but nor is it the normal state of affairs. Spain were disorganised, US were able to capitalise. I am predicting 3-0 to England, but for USA to still make the second round.

Adu's stock has dropped massively in the last 5 years. Personally I think the Championship is about his level, & that's where we'll be after this coming season. It would be a good fit, provided he is willing to up his work rate.

Problem with USA players (and players from many countries outside Europe) is the work permit. Can be surprisingly tricky.

I want them gone. I think that any club which has behaved as disgustingly as they have deserved to cease to exist (but even more so because it's them). Goodbye and good riddance.

I have experience in both US and UK, and I'm pretty sure that a US Masters = UK Masters more or less. Also bear in mind that a US Masters is usually studied over two years, so not the same intensity. FWIW a US Bachelor degree is equal to a UK standard degree (but not honours).
