So... with 16 games still to play, the Skates face nine away matches, and they haven't won away from home in 2 months. Nearly all of their 7 remaining home games are against teams in the promotion race. With just one win in their last 6 matches, I'm really starting to doubt that they'll stay the course.

If they want him for longer and Sheffield United want him back then they can't have him, but, on the other hand, if Pompey don't want him, he can go back to Sheffield.
