Porto have won it, Celtic went a long way, beating Barcelona in the process.

Southsea - it's still Portsmouth http://www.redmolotov.com/catalogue/tshirts/all/southsea-tshirt.html

The PST board has been advised that Enterprise The Business Credit Union Limited has entered administration. We understand that each supporter who purchased a share using this method will be contacted individually by the administrators Cork Gully. Read more at http://www.pompeytrust.com/news/pst-statement?#PFvppM1L6xyF2QlC.99 Why would the administrators need to contact anyone who purchased a share through the company? This seems very fishy to me.

Have you ever seen battlements with added steel? Ever seen them around Fratton Park? Me neither, perhaps someone should tell Nobhead Neil.
-
We we're wrong. It's not other team's cup final, it's a day out at the Fortress of Fat. ‘For instance, teams love coming to Fratton Park at the minute. Teams come out and think “it’s great to be here” and take photographs.' Link

The beeb are reporting that Champagne Ian may soon resign

Since when does "7th" mean "season over"? " 7th" just means seventh.

Bestest fans in the Universe, huge club, proud to be Pompey etc. (Sotto voce: Help! someone get me out of here now)

He made the Division 2 team of the year, to be fair, and is only 21. I can believe that a Championship team would tale a punt om him at that price.
-
Not at all, not at all, because you see football was invented in Portsmouth and in 1911 they beat us 27-0.

It's the history that counts http://www.portsmouth.co.uk/sport/pompey/anniversary-of-pompey-s-famous-demolition-derby-1-6707409 In another ten years they'll still be going on about it

Come to Pompey, we have a training ground... Sheesh
-
Pompey under 18s just got thrashed 7-0 in the unbelievably tinpot Youth Alliance South Merit League 1. I'm sure one of them will turn out to be the new Jed Wallace.

Didn't realize ex-Saint Michael Poke was on their books. Yet to make a first team appearance since his arrival in 2014. How Connollyesque.

Whenever they wheeled him out for one of those tablecloth press conferences he's had that expression stuck on throughout. To me it's incredible how the Trust have allowed the secrecy around his resignation to continue for so long and breed so much infighting. Perhaps he's right, and he was the competent one.

Who's the YTS interviewer whose unkempt head randomly wanders into shot on occassion?
-
That photo proves nothing. He looks just like a stiff propped up with a broomhandel.

Nice... Van someone with a login pop by POL? Apparently it's kicking off.
-
Weren't there rumours that one of the squad was gay at one point?

"Academy boss Mark Kelly and coach Mikey Harris have handed the players responsibility for organising their side for games. It may mean extra homework for the youngsters, but Harris explained it’s been a useful tool in their development. He said: ‘The lads are producing their own game plans and giving the team-talks. Part of our philosophy is for the lads to try to take responsibility for themselves.'" http://www.portsmouth.co.uk/sport/pompey/pompey-prospects-doing-extra-homework-1-6588130 So those who aren't on dog**** cleaning duties, are busy cleaning the toilets or cutting the halftime oranges get to write the teamsheet. I am so jealous and impressed
-
"EXCITING young prospects have been told Pompey is still the best place to learn their trade. And Academy boss, Mark Kelly, believes the ‘opportunity’ of making the grade at Fratton Park can help the Blues fend off the threat of Premier League big guns." This is so delusional. I like the way "opportunity" is in quotation marks - hahahahahahaha

Fan-funder match report "On a day that traditionally celebrates relationships, there could be no sight more fitting than a late Jed Wallace strike as Portsmouth dismissed visitors Exeter City by a goal to nil." Indeed, what could be more fitting. Chocolates? Roses? A romantic dinner? Nah... an hour and a half at the cesspit watching abysmal football in the freezing gloom with a pie at half time.

Well, that was a deserved triumph... http://www.portsmouth.co.uk/sport/pompey/awford-we-deserved-fratton-triumph-1-6581098 Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha
