  1. More underwater casinos in the works... http://m.portsmouth.co.uk/sport/pompey/work-has-started-on-pompey-s-fratton-future-1-7150229
  2. Tin-pottiest, Christmas home-knit special: http://www.portsmouthfc.co.uk/news/article/network-pompey-business-club-december-event-a-christmas-special-2851770.aspx?
  3. Styx?
  4. Yeah, so what they seem to be saying is that they have a written agreement that has a set duration. If they want him for longer and Sheffield United want him back then they can't have him, but, on the other hand, if Pompey don't want him, he can go back to Sheffield. This doesn't seem very logical or fair to me, so a definite Portsmyth.
  5. So, if I've got this right... they think they're entitled to keep a player they haven't got a contract with just because he's turned out not to be ****, and Nigel's going to tell them to stick it, the jealous scummer. http://www.portsmouth.co.uk/sport/pompey/pompey-upbeat-mcnulty-agreement-will-hold-firm-1-7105223
  6. http://www.portsmouth.co.uk/sport/pompey/pompey-weigh-up-future-for-second-string-1-7096993 This is an impressive feat of total twazokdom. Their scouse neanderthal admits he took the wrong snap decision when puling the skate reserves team out of their league. Now, they're finding matches hard to organize, but apparently, even if they could organize them, it would ruin the pitch.
  7. According to the article, the event is in aid of some caravan charity. Bizarre, but true.
  8. Oh, and there are some historic chairs on display for one day only. What a history they have.... http://www.portsmouth.co.uk/sport/pompey/lost-pompey-artefacts-return-to-fratton-park-1-7086615 :mcinnes::mcinnes::mcinnes:
  9. [h=3]"THE CLOSE of the emergency transfer window passed without major incident for Pompey. [/h] Paul Cook failed in his efforts to reduce the numbers in his squad by today’s 5pm deadline." http://www.portsmouth.co.uk/sport/pompey/window-closes-quietly-for-pompey-1-7087663 So, no-one wants the overpaid rubbish they've brought in on long contracts then. Quelle surprise. Great way to motivate your squad too. Tell 'em you want rid and then keep them because you there are no takers. Those who've been left out must be feeling really positive about their chances of getting back into the first team.
  10. 5 games without a win
  11. The PST have the begging bowl out again: http://www.pompeytrust.com/news/pst-fundraising-made-easy? So far they've raised the amazing total of 320 quid. Money which could otherwise have gone to real charities that do, you know, like, actual charity work. Oh well.
  12. I will never mock their attendances again, anyone who turns up to watch that sort of dross deserves at least a modicum of respect.
  13. Not a single Portsmouth shot in the first half according to the Beeb
  14. http://www.theguardian.com/football/blog/2015/nov/11/premier-league-team-season-so-far Both Pelle and Van Diyk are in there
  15. You're right, it's still goobledigook.
  16. The father, who mistakenly claimed a Cherries fan snatched from his 12 year old son a top player’s shirt after it had been handed to the boy after a game against Saints last Sunday, has withdrawn the accusation.

  18. Sweet Jesus - that really is kick about level stuff
  19. "The Portsmouth Supporters Trust have had a turbulent year with a number of operational issuestaking a disproportionate amount of time and effort. This culminated in an open meeting in April wherean Audit of the Boards effectiveness was requested by the membership present at that meeting. Aftersome time to determine the team to carry out the audit and to agree the Terms of Reference the auditfinally got underway in late July. Copies of the Terms of Reference and CV's of the team are includedin this document." http://www.pompeytrust.com/userfiles/file/PST%20Audit%20Report.pdf
  20. Very tight table that, with Pompey just three points above Wimbledon in tenth. It would be hugely amusing if they missed out on promotion, sacked their manager and completely rebuilt the squad over the summer.
  21. Buying? Surely, that would involve actually paying?

  23. That's two goals from their last four home games
