  1. Maybe when we are in admin this idea might work. A new consortium could come in with funds just needed for the team. However without admin this is a non starter. As Alpine said why the **** should Southampton council tax payers bail out Lowe et al just so the money they save can be distributed via a dividend pay out??? **** that.
  2. Total ******. The difference between Woolies and a football club is the main assets of woolies could be sold off. SMS and Staplewood has no value unless its used by a football club. And I can't see Portsmyth, bournemouth of anyone making a bid to buy either. So it's in the creditors interest not to wind up and sell off the assets but to keep it as a going concern but under new management. You should know that Rupert;)
  3. Yes. But Lowe will only try another loony plan. Probably appoint a synchronised swimming coach. It's the future.
  4. Share price of 35p when Lowe came back to "protect his investment". !7.5p now and about to fall further. What a businessman:rolleyes:
  5. Saturday morning Tyro?
  6. Rasiak, or Dyer?
  7. BCFC 3 - SFC 0 alas Of course it depends what team Lowe decides to put out.
  8. It's time for drastic action to help force change. Since 1975 I have never deliberatly missed a home game but if it goes towards forcing the axis of loons out of SMS, I'll boycott.
  9. Only a fool would have sacked Pearson (or not re-newed his contract) in favour of bringing in a foreign manager from a semi-pro club who had no experience of English football at any level, and no sucess in any of his managerial posts. Lowe. And only fools would have backed him in doing so. Askham, Wilde, Withers, Richards etc. How the fvck did he find JP???? Stick a fvcking pin in the Dutch electoral register!!!
  10. Paying your money to go in and then walking out may look good, but the whole point of a boycott is that the Lowe/Askham/Wilde axis only understand cold hard cash, or the lack of it, as do Barclays who are the ones who could pull the carpet out from uder Lowes feet.
  11. I don't understand the blue few. How many times has he walked out on you? And you'll welcome him back again once Spuds sack him and you're back in the CCC:p
  12. A good politician wouldn't seek office representing the UK Independance Party. Thats Lowe all over, lots of hot air, but ultimatly backing the wrong horse.
  13. A campaign such as this needs a 'voice' someone to stand up front and be a spokesman. One of the people who was always ready to take on that role was Richard Chorley, alas he is a bit divisive in his own right.
  14. I take your point, but, if Barclays Bank see that Lowes very presence is costing them money, they'll through him out. As will the other major shareholders (we hope). Don't forget Lowe only holds 6% of shares.
  15. I had a season ticket for decades until this season. When Lowe is gone for good from our club I will buy a new season ticket whatever league we're in. But not while that slug is in charge.
  16. Oh FFS !! Here we go again. It's all the fans fault:rolleyes: If only we passively accepted Lowes brick by brick destruction of our club and didn't rock the boat everything would be fine. This was a thread about abusing players, not about abusing Lowe. But your fanatical backing of Lowe couldn't resist getting in a quick dig at the fans.
  17. It has been confusing me for some time. Why does Askham, Withers, etc etc continually back Lowe? The share price under Lowe has plummeted from a high of around 65p to 17.5p! All they have to do, if they are concerned about their investment, is withdraw their support; yet they don't. Why??? If I had hundreds of thousands of pounds invested in a company and saw that sort of fall to my investment I would want the chairman out on his ear. Maybe something a bit dodgy went on, as some have suggested, when the company was first floated that keeps the old guard in line?
  18. I'm not sure where this idea that giving the players stick stops them from performing. Away at Burnley we were 3-0 down at half-time and the team were given a huge amount of abuse as they walked past the Saints fans on the way to their half-time cuppa. Second half we 'won' 2-0
  19. You obviously haven't read the article:rolleyes:
  20. If it were he would have laid off all the gritter drivers before the snow came as a cost cutting exercise.
  21. The fact that we have only won once at home and the club is slowly being bled to death by the Askham/Lowe/Wilde axis, the support given during the 90 minutes is bloody amazing.
  22. I didn't hear any abuse directed at the players, and god knows they were not innocent on Tuesday.
  23. Q. "are you pleased with the support of the board in not losing any players during January". A. "The board make the calls they see fit ,I work with whoever is here" or A. "Yes thank you" Not the guff he poured out. Apart from anything else, if Lowe does fall on his sword or is thrown off a bridge, Wotte will be seen as too close to the old guard to retain his job (if he manages to get a few results)
