This speech is classic rambling, mumbling, fact mangling Trump. 2 main themes: how wonderful Trump is, and slagging off his friends and allies.

Trump says that te US had Greenland during WW2 but chose to give it back. Now all they want is to be given back what is rightfully theirs, but NATO are ungrateful and won't let him have it. "All I want is a piece of ice". ( Following his logic the UK has a valid claim to Iceland ).

We wouldn't have NATO if it were not for Trump, or so the rambling wreck claims.

I know, and the agreement with Mauritius has dubious validity, but there is no way they will be allowed to return, either by the US or UK, so to an extent their opinion is ( sadly ) moot.

But would Trump allow them to return ? The population were originally removed by the UK at the request of the US.

Greenlanders don't want to join the US, Trump is threatening to take it by coercion, if not force. How would he react if the Chagossians were given a vote, and decided that they wanted to return home and the US had to give up Diego Garcia ? In his own words, "we had a boat that sailed there".
