And what of the electorate in the constituencies held by the 3 deputy speakers, none of whom will vote in Parliamentary divisions. Are they being denied proper representation in the HoC ?
-
A significant proportion of the electorate don't get a 'meaningful' vote under FPTP.
-
Why ? He / she can't vote in conventional Commons divisions, so theoretically the party they previously supported loses an MP.

"Although some questions remain unanswered, the evidence, viewed as a whole, leaves me in no doubt that the fire originated in the large fridge-freezer. " "Dr Glover’s forensic electrical analysis persuasively identifies the area of origin as the large fridge-freezer. His conclusions are consistent not only with the evidence of Mr Kebede and the crew who first fought the fire but also with the physical evidence of the burn patterns both to the large fridge-freezer itself and to the floor where it had been standing and with the damage to the skirting board behind it."

Substitute 'Wes' for Gavin ?

Well, actually they can; https://www.ukfiretraining.com/news/fridge-freezer-fires.html

Facts and relevance are outwith GM's frame of reference.
-
Quite possibly, but Conservative supporters basking in the current polling figures risk being shown up to being equally complacent.

Animal rights activists who berate blind people for having guide dogs. There was one on TV saying that we should not have any working dogs, including sniffer dogs, rescue dogs, police dogs, sheep dogs, etc, as the dogs do not 'consent' to working.

Given it is student accommodation, I wonder what GM will make of this "Cladding on a block of student flats that was hit by a major blaze is a cause for "concern", Greater Manchester's mayor has said." https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-manchester-50445311

The same poll shows 54% in favour of remaining in the EU.

He is well off GM's standard, though.

Wes wasn't wrong, he was 'not exactly right'; [video=youtube;uwkU8-d1gIk]

But Wes has suffered, over 40 years of EEC/EU membership.

So, why aren't they ?

Somebody needs to sort out the medical schools then, perhaps the Government should be doing so? "Britons wanting to become doctors are being turned away as medical schools admit growing numbers of overseas students who pay three times as much for their degrees. The number of British first-degree students training to be doctors in the UK dropped by more than 500 from 2013-14 to 2017-18, while medical schools increased non-EU student numbers by 12%. While UK students pay £9,250 a year for their medical degree, non-EU students can pay up to £35,000 a year. So people are not allowed to move abroad if they feel they can better themselves, either financially or professionally ? And, aren't the Government going to prioritise skilled workers in the post-Brexit utopia ?

Winston Churchill for instance ?

Under funding and an aging population might have something to do with it.
