So, as far as I can work out, so far this season, at some point or another, we need to have got shot of and replaced, or at least dropped for the forseeable future; Macca/Gunn Cedric, Stephens, Yoshi, Bertrand Hojbjerg, JWP, Romeu Redmond Long ( and probably one or two more ).

But he isn't, and he will. If he had manged to put his shot 2 feet either side of their keeper and into the net, would he still be shocking ?

Where were the defenders on our left side for their second goal, covering the Newcastle players following up the shot ? And I don't get the vitriol aimed at Cedric for the freekick that led to their first, he tried to clear the ball and was unaware of the player closing him down from behind. I'm not sure it should even have been a freekick.

The leaflet from the Brexit Party arrived today. To avoid contamination as she disposed of it my wife wore oven gloves and handled the leaflet with a pair of tongs.

Who do people think will be the more obnoxious and ovebearing; Brexiteers if we finally leave the EU, or Scousers if Liverpool win the Premier League ?

Because he promises he will "get Brexit done" and that is all that matters, as it is the answer to every question he is asked, and the solution to every problem the country is facing.

That second graph in particular shows how easy it is to distort things by picking an entirely inappropriate axis. 1.173 climbing to 1.176 against a y-axis starting at zero wouldn't look much at all.
