  1. Leverkusen but with white stripes on the arms and vertical stripes in the same colours would be brilliant. That AC Milan kit is by far the worst suggestion yet. The design is way too busy and looks like someones bed sheets. I also really dislike that style of collar. All IMO obviously
  2. I didn't hear about that? Apologies if someone has posted about this above already
  3. It's pretty hard to ignore those stats. Wanyama has to start every game when fit. Really enjoyed watching Cork and Wanyama play a full 90min together this week. Based on that performance I'd start the same again for Swansea. I would be absolutely ecstatic for him if he manages to end the season with his first Saints goal!
  4. So basically that could mean that Shaw and Morgan are nailed on to leave with Lallana considering an offer/offers (if it's true of course). With Osvaldo and Ramirez also looking likely to leave wouldn't we need to bring in at least 5 players to replace them plus another for J Rod? Then there's the GK situation... If this is the case then it'll be a particularly concerning summer! We'll need to bring in some real quality to fill the gaps...
  5. Did anyone else think that Mats Møller Dæhli chap looked pretty handy? At 19 years old as well he could be worth a punt if Cardiff go down.
  6. With you on that one. Moyes season with United has made me a very happy man. I only hope he can continue this form next year. Steve Bruce has also done brilliantly with Hull and he seems like a genuinely nice and humble bloke from what I've heard and read. I'd love them to win the FA cup. Despite this, it's got to be Rogers, Martinez and Pulis. The Suarez factor helps of course but he's got the best out of some many players such as Sterling and Sturridge and they rarely struggle to find the net. Lastly, a huge shout out to Pochettino as the driving force behind our best campaign since our 2002/2003 season with Strachan. Even though we don't always get a result, watching Saints this year has been an absolute joy at times and I love our style of football. My only complaint would be our hit and miss transfers. I think we've roughly had a 50% success ratio with signings which considering the money spent is simply not good enough.
  7. Blue? BLUE?! Change the blue for gold and that's just about the best possible outcome for a striped kit.
  8. The Daily Mail claims that '10 United stars are heading for the exit'. Looking over these 'stars' the only player I'd take (I say take, it would be an incredible signing for us) would be Shinji Kagawa.
  9. There's no denying that Stokes kit in comparison to the Liverpool and Chelsea shirts looks awful.
  10. Now you've done it...
  11. Don't think that there's anything wrong with it really, hardly a surprise considering we've got a giant hash tag painted in St Mary's? I'm pretty gutted about Jay's injury as I'm sure a lot of other people are. Can't say I'll be posting on the site but if that's how people want to show their support then let them crack on.
  12. Well for all of you living in and around Southampton, can't get a better away game than that!
  13. That's the team for me I think (if Clyne is fit). Wanyama for Cork at half time if fitness is an issue. My first 2014 trip to St. Marys!
  14. Has to be Marshall. If Cardiff go down then I reckon he'd be available. Stekelenburg is also a good call (again, if Fulham go down). Can't see Schmeichel moving since Leicester have just been promoted...

    Harry Reed

Omar Rowe seems to impressing more and more. Still the only Saints player I've ever met
  16. That chaps pretty much a walking sponsor!
  17. I know right?! But I reckon this kit with the club crest in full colour on the white strip and a nice sleek 'Sunseeker' sponsor logo would look pretty good.
  18. Well said. I'd be interested to hear peoples thoughts on the below?
  19. I'd be surprised if we did get the stripes back, especially with all this talk of maximising marketing potential (abroad?) etc...
  20. Turns out I'm not as glad as first suspected.
  21. I'll be glad to see the back of this years kit...

    Cork Vs Wanyama

Agreed. Lost count of the amount of times Cork was beaten in the air. Felt we needed that extra bit of muscle to counteract Stokes team of 'quality English footballers.'
  23. I prefer Wanyama as a player and think he's a huge part of our early success this season, but why even consider dropping Cork at the moment? He's playing well and we're getting results. If it ain't broke... Saying that, i'd like to see Clyne start over Chambers. It's very close but I reckon he just about edges it as the better player currently.
  24. Exactly. I like Jos very much and he seems like a great guy, but he simply isn't good enough to play at this level.
  25. We're currently one more injury away from Guly playing 90min with no backup apart from Isgrove. Neither of which have had much premier league experience.
