One reason to buy the extended warranties, is that you are likely to then be able to obtain a bigger discount on the goods that you are buying. Having haggled the price down, you can then cancel the extended warranty a few days later and you're quids in.

All got relegated together, and are now next to each other in the lower reaches of the championship. It must be pretty unusual for 3 teams to get relegated and then none of them go back up in the next few seasons. Normally one or two would bounce straight back.

I love the idea that they want to build a new Supermarket next to their stadium, in a really inaccessible area, yet with an absolutely enormous Tesco about 1/4 of a mile away as the crow flies. Yep, should get that through planning, no probs.

Thought ITV had a mixed day. Their panicking when Lewis was 6th with about 50-60 laps to go was ridiculous. On the other hand, they seem to have been one of the only people to notice Hamilton overtaking Glock. 5Live thought he'd lost it as he crossed the line, only to notice that their screens were saying he was fifth.

Again though, this is something I can't see happening. It wouldn't exactly be great publicity for Norwich Union would it. No major business is going to want to become known as the company which killed a big football club. They will do their best to avoid this.

I'd been thinking about that possibility, but it could only happen if the council gave planning permission and authorised a change of use for the land. This would be suicidal for any council, as they would simply get voted out at the next local elections. Therefore I can't see it ever happening.
