  1. Maybe they should work harder then... Joking
  2. Probably a good idea in all honesty.
  3. So what are we expecting? Tax relief to a higher income, couple of pence off a pint. The usual pre-election "we're not that bad" type budget.
  4. Sorry, wasn't concentrating, was listening to 'Balls on parade'.
  5. I wonder how many kids will be named MH370 in the coming years...
  6. Definitely just you. A goat has hooves, how the **** could he type?
  7. It's as if they've all spent too much listening to Rage's 'Killin' in the name of'.
  8. I think most people are a lot kinder in real life - you'd worry about the human race if not. Don't really know much about Andy, but certainly even though we disagree on most things, KRG seems a decent guy from what I know about him (debates on here/follow on Twitter etc).
  9. Agreed, new thread started. I apologise for sidetracking the thread.
  10. Obviously a lot of our traits are shown on this forum, but do you actually believe that you are the same on this forum as to how you are in real life? For me, I think I'm a lot more serious on this forum than in real life, and am perhaps a bit more forthright in my opinions. What does everyone else think? Does it bring out your best or worst side? Interested to know.
  11. To be fair, she's judging the way I live my life by what is written on this forum, she's pretty new to the forum, so i don't see what's patronising about it. Just a bit of advice.
  12. Oh I'm very calm!! Again, things getting lost in translation. Just trying to explain that she shouldn't judge people by what they write on this forum, think that's a good piece of advice!
  13. I think the strange thing is that you seem to judge people's lives based on what they write on this forum, which is a bit weird. I assume you don't believe that Bearsy is actually a bear, so why do you believe that everyone else is exactly the way they write. Also a lot can be lost in translation, especially as you can't read someones body language (which obviously brings a lot to a conversation). In 'real' life I'm a good laugh, and am very much into my comedy, but that's not what I come on here for. I come on here to find out news about my football team, to debate issues 'du jour' and to get advice. Lucky I don't come on here for comedy because there are very few funny people on here (based on what is written). What I am trying to say is, don't judge people by what they write on this forum, and certainly don't think you know what their life is like by what is written - a lot of people would be very different if you met them in real life.
  14. I agree with this. It's strange, maybe it's the background I am from, but I don't know of any couples of my age (30) that don't want to get married. The single ones may be a bit different but I think that's due to opportunity. Although I am not married, I certainly plan to. It was like growing up and going to university - as far as I was and am concerned not doing it is not an option.
  15. To be fair, I thought you were in your mid forties... Don't forget, you can't judge how people live their lives based on what is written on a forum.
  16. Well, I left College mid 2002, so I'm guessing at max your 5 years older than I am...
  17. Don't, you make me feel old, and generally I feel pretty spritely...
  18. Similar age to me then. Thought you were older...(you make out you are).
  19. My parents did the same with King Edwards, I refused to go as my friends weren't going there. They didn't make me go in the end, thank God.
  20. Yeah, on the corner of Whinfield and Beaulieu Roads. Bit older than me though!
  21. No way, very nice road. I was down the road Capers is down (Whinfield Road). What year you finish Applemore?
  22. Wildground Infants Wildground Juniors Noadswood Secondary Brockenhurst College Plymouth University (Graduated 2006)
  23. Day release...
  24. I think the fact that he is at PSG is a bigger issue than the money.
