On the money again mate. Top post

Don't Let Your Past Dictate Your Future

We should have been ahead of Prague and HBS for the same reason we accept defeats to Man C and Chelsea. As our squad is worth 250+ million and theres is worth 10-20m

Finish top 8 and/or play attractive football?
-
Bale and Modric - so examples from 5 and 6 years ago. - Arsenal have a bigger income than Spurs, so (why dont they just) buy their players - Man C have a bigger income than Spurs, so (why dont they just) buy their players - Man U have a bigger income than Spurs, so (why dont they just) buy their players - Liverpool have a bigger income than Spurs, so (why dont they just) buy their players - Chelsea have a bigger income than Spurs, so (why dont they just) buy their players I dont think many would object to us selling players to Real madrid, its the sales to Liverpool and alike we object to

How do Spurs keep top players? Tip:, say NO.

Samsies There was a decent discussion on the below thread during the summer. Saints fans just fed up supporting a club content on making up the numbers. https://www.saintsweb.co.uk/showthread.php?57108-Losing-Interest/page5#.WQnVJ3PTXqA

How do Spurs keep players. You're just making excuses mate.

Priorities for me: Puel Les Ralph Going nowhere with these clowns. #zeroambition
-
I doubt very much we'd sell another player to Liverpool. If we do Les needs to be investigated as they must have sh¡t on this fool. After they blanked us for Sakho when we were desperate I doubt Leslie will do business with them again.

Corrected it for you. You're welcome

Was same at Man United last season. Attendances dropped under Van Gaal and they saw a large spike in season ticket sales once he was given the boot. https://www.google.co.uk/amp/www.manchestereveningnews.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/man-utd-news-fixtures-mourinho-11416747.amp

To be fair it's happened plenty of times. Recent high profile one was Man City last season

Les is watching upto 6 managers at a time - Proper, Prior, Planning, Prevents, P*ss, Poor, Performance If he doesnt have Silva on his radar you need to be worried. Marco was heavily tipped and fancied before Puels arrival and his Hull stint has further enhanced his reputation. If we dont snap him up this summer someone else will

Silva seems to be the top choice on here. Perhaps a poll Mods? Manager for next season - Silva or Puel
-
Thank you for highlighting this post. Patience, no knee jerk, get the facts and then base an opinion. A lesson for a few on here. Still agree he should see out the season. 6pm 21st May would seem a sensible time to part ways. Hope you enjoyed reading all my posts apologies this was best you found.

I have a few mates that are the same. Just read a few posts on SFC Facebook page and on here, Puel has divided the club. (seems to be roughly 70/30 against) I was more patient than most, but can't bare to watch another season under Puel. If peeps are prepared to pay to watch Puels football they deserve a medal, I can't even watch 2 minutes of his interviews anymore

Just the horses mouth.... http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/football/11366206/Gary-Neville-The-era-of-the-gaffer-is-over.html

Takeover might resolve that. Two birds one stone. I think Les "I do everything" Reed also needs to move on or retire to allow us to move forward again.

WhoScored ratings: 2013: 6.8 season average (WBA) 2014: 6.8 season average (Hull) 2015: 6.7 season average (SFC) 2016: 7.0 season average (SFC) 2017: 6.3 (Puel)

JWP and Romeu have improved on previous seasons but think that's more game time than coaching. WhoScored rate players each game on a number of factors. Romeu is avg 7.08 this season vs 6.80 last JWP is avg 6.74 vs last season 6.55 Has the below as performing worse this season vs last VVD is 7.43 was 7.56 Cedric is 7.0 was 7.27 Fonte is 6.5 was 7.10 Clasie is 6.4 was 6.7 Forster is 6.3 was 6.8 Bertrand is 6.8 was 7 Davis is 6.7 was 7 Boufal is 6.8 was 7.6 Tadic is 6.8 was 7.1 Long is 6.3 was 7 Redmond is 7.01 his avg at Norwich was 7.29

Yes spot on. I think a number of us have made the above point. But the visual helps illustrate the point. Finishing 8th or 9th should not be celebrated if you're 20 points behind 6th place. Bigger picture

Same could be said for Josh Sims - had that brilliant debut back in November and has been given a total 90 minutes since. Shane Long too: Scored against WBA next game bench Scored against Swansea next game bench Scored against Sunderland next game bench Jay was also benched after his goal vs Sunderland and Leicester and taken off early after his double at AFCB and benched next game. Redmond however gets 12 starts for every goal he scores.

VVD, Bertrand, Redmand or Puel

Got a feeling it's too late for that. If he's lost the dressing room and importantly the key and senior players he has to go. Additionally the fan base now largely against him, he simply has to go. Reed can acknowledge he got this one wrong..... Bring in Silva and we can look forward to next season. Don't waste another season with Puel
