Wonder why Palace declined after his trial?
-
If hes fit and ready to go then why not Read somewhere hes played less than 100 games in the last 7 years? Take it hes injury prone and his reputation has dropped and dropped as a result of injuries rather than form? We are desperate so.....
-
Leicester won the League because of momentum not luck Momentum is extremely powerful in football
-
I knew Leicester would have a poor season after last year, but they look so poor and 3 down now to united. We will stay up as there are some shockingly poor sides in thd Prem this season. Next season however
-
VVD going is inevitable but we have Yoshida and Stephens has looked excellent since coming into the side (ignoring Arsenal, Swansea and WHU games) + Gardos back to full fitness will be like a new player. Jason McCarthy returning from his loan at Walsall and hes looked sensational while on loan Bertrand - no biggy. McQueen has looked very good and Targett is excellent Jay and Long - both useless and with Sam Gallagher and Austin to return they wouldn't get a sniff anyway. Plus Ryan Seager and Olufela Olomola are ready and willing to step up
-
Poor run of results but im still looking upwards not down. 7th in "our league" just now, we will not get relegated (this season) and finishing top 3 in our league should still be the target. 13 points off top just now COYR

Some posters think we are v.special and different to everyone else. The Southampton way blablabla You have rightly highlighted the volume of managers in the last 12 years and if you go back longer its still the same. Since turning professional we have had 38 managers, sunderland errr 37! That's managers employed for more than 25 days so discounts Dodd and Wilkins ect On average Southampton managers get 1172 days Sunderland managers get 1273 Our longest serving manager - Ted Bates 6653 days Sunderland - Bob Kyle 8248 days Another Saintsweb myth smashed We are no different to any other club, never have been. Perhaps only in the tightness of the pockets recently
-
What we need is someone that can resuscitate an almost lifeless and depressed squad and fanbase. Someone that can take a bunch of underperforming but ultimately talented squad of players and install some passion, energy and skill. Perhaps a man that has previously followed in Puels footsteps and improved things instantly? Lucien Favre

7 points off the relegation zone, 10 goals against in our last 3 games + we've lost 6 of our last 7 League games. Talk of relegation is laughable. F'ing clueless bedwetters
-
Nigel Adkins till the end of the season Roberto Mancini and Laurent Blanc also available right now
-
Weve been pretty **** all season. Fonte and VVD missing just makes us worse....
-
Dont forget assistant at Bishop's Stortford. P19 W2 D3 L14 Also interesting with managers and players moving on in droves, its almost impossible to find anyone with positive word about Les? Coincidence?
-
Lots of booing at the game today. Where was the crowd anger being aimed? Les, Puel or the players?
-
You say that, but how much control has Reed got? He talks about being in charge of EVERYTHING Is it just a coincidence that Puel has started to change 4-6 players for each game? In his 20 years in France he has no history of this. Even his style of play is dramatically different than his time in France. Is it impossible that Reed is influencing things? He seems keen to remind everyone that Mopo / Koeman and Puel are coaches... Not managers just coaches Les Reed quote
-
On the basis that we line up targets 2 years in advance.... Wouldn't Koeman have been on the list prior to Santa clueless taking the reins?
-
Gives our academy players a chance? EPL minutes- McQueen 450 minutes (5 games) Sims 155 minutes (1.5 games) Stephens 300 minutes (3 games) Isgrove 0 minutes Reed 280 minutes (3 games) Hesketh 0 minutes Targett 170 minutes (2 games)
-
Its no longer play the diamond love the diamond? No more "rotation is working"? No more "one in one out whats the problem"? Oh and will you be updating the Puel v Koeman comparison you were so keen on?
-
Running out of words to describe how poor we are. Another day another **** show
-
Guessing here but is this the worst league form for 7-8 years? Can't remember a run like this
-
Our worst league form for 8 years?
-
Would be referee bias Bad luck Injuries And Jamie Vardy We will bounce back and win the championship EASY
-
5 defeats in last 6 Another shocking performance
